I am 46 and in the best shape of my life and Fountain has played a major role in getting me there. I am a believer in traditional medicine and get my regular check-ups, physicals, etc. The problem is that traditional medicine looks at someone like me and doesn't see a problem. I am lean and fit, so they assume my hormone levels are fine despite low libido, poor energy, and moodiness. Fountain looked beyond the numbers and assessed me as a person who needed help. I was started on a very reasonable dose of testosterone, a bit of tadalafil, and have been routinely monitored the entire time. My energy is better than it was in my 20's, my libido is very solid (my poor wife....) and my overall strength and health are better than they have ever been. My cholesterol and blood pressure are not just normal, they are optimal. My resting heart rate is below 60 for the first time in my life. I did the work in the gym and in the kitchen, but I would not have been able to do it if my testosterone levels were not taken care of. Thank you Fountain for getting me to where I needed to be. Victor is a stellar provider and is no-nonsense. You are in the right place.

I have never received my hormones. It’s simply a scam who will take you money right away and you will never receive anything. It’s basically a fraud do not conduct business with them.

Ive been on HRT with my OBGYN for over a year. Nothing was helping and I felt like I was being ignored by him. I stopped paying 250.00 a month for my medication and 200.00 per visit and ran to FOUNTAIN! The process was so easy. It took no time at all to get my blood test results and schedule with the physician. The physician helped me more in the first 15 mins then my OBGYN did over an entire year. I started hormone replacement therapy with this company, and just three days after starting, had a terrible breakout of acne, which has never been a problem for me. I submitted a text message to the company number that was given to me and I requested to cancel. Now it has been three weeks, and the company has taken another $199 from my account and sent me another bottle of progesterone which again, I requested to cancel.

I started with Fountain for help with Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) as mine was depleted. I had low energy, lack of libido, and general fatigue. within a few week of using TRT through injection (which is super easy) my life has never felt better, happier, stronger, and my libido is amazing. better than when I was in my 20's and i'm 72.
I highly recommend these folks they watch you carefully.

I am thoroughly impressed with this company. They are very caring and so quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. I was a little skeptical about using an on-line provider but they have completely exceeded my expectations. I wrote to them about my dosage and some symptoms I was having. Fountain is not just an online provider. They are a true, board-certified-led medical team! After visiting my PCP and a local endocrinologist, the absence of faith in hormone therapy was unpleasant and made me feel ostracized for wanting to correct a medical diagnosis I have had for 10 years. At 42, I am not in the business if going with providers with thousands of "members". FountainTRT is essential. Prior to bloodwork, I took advantage of a full bloodwork baseline. At 233, my Testosterone had been the underlying cause of symptomology-treatment for at least six years. I was done. I checked out many different providers, and the responsiveness, comprehensive bloodwork and therapy options, quick (almost immediate) turnaround time for messages was stellar. No other provider addressed my desire to have children once I marry, but my APRN was more-than-willing to recommend (without me having to ask) if I am considering having a child, I should add hCG alongside Testosterone cypionate. The instructions are the most in-depth, health-focused of them all. I already feel better after one month. My skin has improved, my libido is normalized, and I am certain they actually care. Items in my bloodwork were addressed fully and I am satisfied enough to score 5/5, which is not my norm. Thanks to the Fountain team, my appointment for bloodwork and provider were quick and I began treatment within two weeks.
Guys, don't wait to correct your main hormone, if it is found to be at unacceptable levels. Trust the team and have a good experience that is genuine and always on time. Look nowhere else, it is more than worth the little extra to have the treatment team I do guiding the therapy. It's a game-changer. I will update as more time passes also, as I've seen multiple reviews of men just like me that have stayed with Fountain for 1+ years.

My name is Teresa and I’m 58 years old. Menopause has hit me so hard that I thought I was loosing my mind. My brain fog, hot flashes and insomnia were turning me into someone I didn’t recognized. Signed up online, they use labcorp to do there bloodwork testing showed up to location and they are completely closed. Do your research before booking. Disappointed to say the least

I woke up at 615am for my 630am am my time (pacific) for my video appointment and was told "I" had to reschedule as there was not going to be enough time for "my" visit as the person before me "was 20 min late to their visit so their wasnt going to enough time for my visit". So instead of telling the person who was late to reschedule, they instead told the person who was on time (me) to reschedule. Definitely cant make the person who late reschedule. Glad there was enough time for the person who was late. You know because that makes complete sense.

I found Fountain HRT at a very desperate time in my life. While scrolling across Facebook one day a video pops up with a list of signs and symptoms. I had every single one. I had been looking into HRT for months but didn’t feel like anything would make a dent in how I felt, but, I was willing to give it a try. Like most women my GP offered birth control which I made clear I did not want. The process to get seen with Fountain HRT was incredibly easy and low cost. I was scheduled for labs quickly and then a week later I was seen by the NP. I’m between that time they have an explanation video that put my mind at ease and helped me understand what was happening with my body. I felt hopeful for the first time in years. I wanted to cry because of how I felt but I was also so angry that this simple concept of women’s biological processes are entirely ignored by the majority of the medical industry.

Once my labs came back it was obvious that I had some serious deficiencies that needed to be addressed. It was difficult to wait an entire week to discuss this with Fountain’s medical team. If I had any criticisms it would be that this time between contacting them, labs, and first appointment is too long for a person who is in such terrible shape. It’s not an emergency, but all we have done is wait to feel better and it’s almost unbearable.

I made it through that week with many thoughts of what my labs meant. Once I finally was able to speak to the NP again I was put at ease. She listened to my concerns and assured me that this would help and with time I would get back to normal. At the time I didn’t even know what normal was like anymore.

For anyone who believes there is some instant fix for this I regret to inform you that this is a process and it takes time. You have to stick with it. I had a lot of issues that were preventing me from living life and feeling good. After a month on HRT I did not feel better, and I became quite apathetic. I contacted them and was assured that it was normal and my body was adjusting to treatment. I gave it more time and slowly began feeling better. First my energy improved and with that my mood. My cycle was a little wacky on HRT but overall all the pain I was experiencing before HRT no longer was an issue. After about 3 months I felt like a different person. My labs were proof of how much a difference HRT can make. I was getting closer to an optimal range, of course it wasn’t perfect yet but the difference in labs produced a massive change in my mind and body.

Insurance will not cover this and you will have to pay out of pocket. That is not Fountain HRT’s problem, this is a massive flaw with our medical industry in the US.

The best advice I can give to women considering HRT is to start asap and be patient. A better, happier, livelier you is in there but you’ve got to coax her out. Focus on yourself, nourishment, and exercise while waiting to feel the full effects. One day you’ll wake up with what feels like a better, more optimized body. If you’re in the thick of it now and feel like there’s no hope for you don’t give up on yourself.

I feel younger and just better overall. The doctors have always listened and make me feel like my opinions matter. Great delivery with all my meds. Excellent communication. I recommend Fountain TRT to everyone.

I get blood work often and extra appointments when needed ro keep me in the ranges my doctor and me agreed upon prior to treatment.

Texting works great for everything, seemed weird ar forsr but the staff monitors texts and responds quickly and effectively.

I’m so thrilled that I feel so much better! I was so hesitant for years to do HRT because of all the negative research for so many years. But after doing some of my own research on new studies in HRT and the benefits and protections provided I was guided by Josh and his team and am so happy that I did! As a nurse, it’s mind boggling how much traditional medicine doesn’t know or teach about Perimenopause as well as Menopause! Good interview but I can get the estrogen and progesterone through my insurance for 146.00 for 6 months supply. I only wanted the testosterone. They wouldn’t prescribe only testosterone. I would have to pay over $1200.00 for all. Who in their right mind would do that? I asked of if I could just buy testosterone since that is what they push on their ad but nope.

I’m writing not only as a new patient, but as a medical professional in the endocrinology field. I know what I am talking about when I tell you that Dr. Josh Faucett is one of the most solid, knowledgeable and thorough appointments I have ever had or witnessed. I’m hesitant about medical care delivery in the virtual space but he was outstanding.

My experience has been great! Not only the treatment is helping me tremendously, but the support I get is spot on.
It has been an easy process for me for scheduling blood exams and visits (teledoc).
I experienced a couple issues with orders but the support team (SMS) is super responsive and address things timely.
