Exceptional Booth Build for KubeCon Europe
We (MetalBear) partnered with Fountainhead to design and build our activation booth for KubeCon Europe in Amsterdam (March 2026), and the experience exceeded our expectations.
Despite a very tight timeline on our side, the Fountainhead team was consistently professional, responsive, and highly adaptable. They handled iterations quickly and collaboratively, and there was very little we weren’t able to refine along the way.
Special thanks to Maya and especially Marc for driving the project so smoothly. The final result genuinely blew us away. The booth was delivered to a standard beyond what we had anticipated.
Fountainhead is a highly capable, detail-oriented, and reliable partner. We would absolutely work with them again.

A safe choice
This was the third time that Fountainhead built our booth for our show in Amsterdam and I'll definitely reach out to them for th next edition as well. They are reliable, super attentive and go above and beyond for the customer. We were running extremely late this year, but they made it possible. Our Project Manager, Tessa, was incredibly supportive and even made my managers' last minute wishes a reality.
The design matched our needs and it was built greatly.

Exceeds expectations
After being turned down by another company two weeks prior to the biggest food suppléant trade show in Las Vegas, the Fountainhead team managed to come up with an upscale booth and a fantastic customer service that highly exceeded our expectations that saved the day. Little issues we had at the show were addressed and resolved in a timely manner, Peter, the Sales Manager, was very attentive and helpful. Definitely recommend these guys for any project one may need.

Great cost/quality relation and amazing project manager
Fountainhead has built our booth on two Indian trade shows already, they've proved to be right choice, and we will keep working with them for sure!
Our booth is kind of complex, very specific, plus we're a very demanding client.
They struggled a bit the first time we worked together, since our booth is too complex for the little time the show gives exhibitors for build up.
However, both parts learned from that first show, and the second time we've worked together things went much better.
Big ups for Project Manager Rishabh and the amazing support he has provided both times.

Exquisite Design, Development, & Delivery
A great experience working with Fountainhead team for our event. The attention to detail and confidence of the team in designing, fabrication and execution of the project was excellent.
Barring a few hiccups at the designing stage (a unique case brought on by very specific circumstances) the combined efforts of Rishabh and Dipali and the entire fabrication team, provided for an excellent event experience. The booth was well crafted, the design was as close to the vision as feasible, the communication was clear and concise with just the right amount of railroading where warranted.
They event caught a content error and fixed it, at no extra charge, on their own accord!

Have worked with Fountainhead on multiple International Exhibitions, and the recent one being Intermat in Paris. We decided to participate at the last minute and yet, Fountainhead pulled it off seamlessly for us.
