Amazing Fountainland!
We were super impressed with the communication provided by Fountainland. Unfortunately, a fountain arrived and was broken during transit. Fountainland were quick to respond our email and provided a replacement. We are definitely going to recommend Fountainland to our family and friends.
As for the fountains, they have taken pride of place in our home and garden - amazing finishing touches to our decor.

If you’re looking for cheap quality products that have no longevity, coupled with unprofessional customer service team that do not answer your questions and you go around in circles without any resolution - then Fountainland is the place to go!

Hi Ian, you initially didn't know how to adjust the water flow of your pump. We provided an answer with a picture showing how to adjust the water flow.
A month later, you had an issue with an LED. We quickly dispatched a new set of LEDs to you at no cost. We did not require proof. We're not sure why you chose to respond rudely and disrespectfully to our staff and insulted our company.
We don't tolerate this behaviour and nor should any retailer.
We would appreciate it if you showed respect and courtesy to our staff.

FOUNTAINLAND went above and beyond with their customer service. Held off delivery like we asked … then when the fountain was damaged in transit, replaced it within 2 days!

Water Feature
I ordered my product online and didn't interact with the company other than that. The product arrived in good time, was well packaged and works as expected. What I dislike about it is that it creates quite a bit of splash on the floor surrounding the water feature, even when on the lowest flow rate.
