I thought id give it some time to really test the product.
First of all lets start with the delivery.
ordered for Christmas on 10th dec for my son.
I had a confirmation that said its on its way, but no tracking info. 18th Dec I emailed laura@fourfit to ask for a tracking code, as no delivery and I had no reply from Laura. I then emailed again this time the email was either undeliverable or does not exist, well you understand my panick. I then receive an email with the cheek of and extra 10 percent off, and then to kindly rate the product!
Still no delivery.
Finally I received an email with proof of delivery which showed that this was delivered to the wrong house number. Mid January I managed to get my sons watch. He was delighted it was one of the presents he was really excited to receive.
What can I say! its rubbish!, it doesn't sit in the charger very well you kind of have to hold it in place which is very frustrating, the battery life is rubbish. so that's it the Smart watch is not being used because its a waste of time and a waste of my money. I would not recommend this product nor the company for their shocking customer service.
If I could of got a refund but the last day was pretty much the day I managed to get my delivery.

I ordered a fitness tracker for my son's birthday and despite taking my money and sending an order confirmation I never heard anything else. Tried three different ways to contact them and in the end gave up and did a Paypal chargeback. They are trading under 'KD cosmetics' which, if you look at another review from December, turns out to be a separate concern that was unaware they are being used in this way. I thought I'd order from something that wasn't Amazon for a change; wish I hadn't bothered. It's scammers like this that will put small companies out of business as we'll all just end up back at Amazon again.

These guys are not legit
I bought a fourfit fitness tracker for my son for Christmas. It wasn't very good so I tried to send it back. The online return process doesn't work. And it's impossible to contact the company, as all emails to thembounce. And therefore impossible to do a return. Definitely avoid.
EDIT: Paypal ended up refunding my money as Fourfit didn't even respond to their process. Definitely worth steering clear.

I ordered a watch for my child in time for her mid-december birthday, giving it more than the 3-5 business days stated on their website. When a week had passed, I emailed them using the address on their website and received no reply. A few days later I tried again, using a different email I found on their website. No reply.
Birthday came and went with no watch. Christmas came and went with no watch.
A couple of days ago I decided to investigate and spent some time digging up info on their company. I had noticed that i was charged via PayPal by a company called KD Cosmetics in Sheffield, which I tracked down using a UK business watchdog site. I finally was able to contact both the owner of the site and her former business partner, who said she had no idea that her former cosmetics company was being used to charge people for this device. In the meantime I had found the owner's LinkedIn account and messaged her. No reply, though I could see she had seen it. After messaging her former partner I finally received a reply. She claimed that there had been shipping issues, but had no explanation as to why she had not let any of her customers know about the issue, or why it took internet detecting to find her and drag an explanation outof her. She offered a refund, which I declined, since I had already gotten one from PayPal. What really bothers me is that the device is still for sale on the site, at the same time she's telling me there are issues with shipping.
I know the saying is "Never attribute to malice what can be explained by incompetence", but I feel like its a bit of a blend of both here.
Also, the email address that's on their site for support does not work, because they have not included the final .com or .uk. That may or ay not be intentional, but it certainly allows them to honestly say they didn't get any emails.

Sent an email to the one stated on website (and suggest in replies to other complaints on here) and it bounced back as undelivered.
Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering as clearly seems to be a scam!

Bought a watch for my daughter's Christmas gift, it wasn't suitable when it arrived so I've tried every method under the sun to arrange a return and refund but no success. Email and order number not recognised on their system, no reply from the contact form, the support email is undeliverable, and when I have managed to get through to 'Laura' she answered one email and has now gone silent again. I'm going through PayPal to get my money back.

I've not been able to connect to 3 mobile phones so far also the number of steps for my 9 year old daughter is wildly inaccurate. She has registered 24000 steps in a morning whilst spend half of the time sitting down.

Appears to be a rougue company. Dont buy from this so called business they're an absolute joke, waste of time and money. Faulty products that are impossible to pair or get working. Their customer services is via email contact only! no person or phone contact/ response. They proceed to never respond to your emails or action your complaint. One single time they replied positively and agreed a return of my watch for a refund. Once you've gone through their process of filling out the online refund form, they give you a reference number, and then when you spent a further £4.50 for tracked and signed for postage and have returned the goods to them they will go radio silent on you and never respond to you again.or send your refund money owed. They are probably selling on your faulty returned watch to some other poor victim. Such a disgraceful way to run their so-called business. somebody should close them down! Disgusted with the fact they've been informed that their taking my 9 yr olds pocket money and they couldn't care less. No refund has ever been recieved by me from Fourfit and its three months down the line now. Any successful contact made they proceed to fob you off with same automated response with no further action, its all to stall and avoid giving you your refund money. They say in the automated response they will get a representative to look at your case and respond back to you in 48 hrs, despite the refund process already carried out, but this never happens & they never reply any further and continue to ignore you with the same automated reply again whenever you contact them. When my refund was authorised procedurally via email, I went through their procedure and instructions, with form filled out, I was then given a reference number and I packaged & returned the watch back to them sending via Royal Mail tracked and signed for postage and I tracked the returned goods. I waited patiently for my refund and nothing happened ! so I started emailing them asking for an update of when I can expect my refund money back. They sent a response mail saying I would be refunded in 7 to 10 days, this has never been recieved! OR hit my bank account. They've not contacted me Since I returned the watch to them and Every time I contact them and I've emailed them lots of times now to query where is my refund money? I'm again Given the same automated email response and excuse. Clearly they have no intentions of refunding my money or anyone else's refund money back. Avoid giving them your money and constantly wasting your time chasing your refund! They need to be closed down and reporting to Trading Standards. Its against regulatory trading standards. They are scamming people.
