Disappointing and v poor battery life

No problem with delivery etc from the company but the fourfit child’s fitness tracker watch is disappointing. The calorie count seems wrong all the time with total calories each day only in the low hundreds for an active 9 year old. The app (a separate download and provided by a different company I understand) is hit and miss and doesn’t have good usability. The biggest problem however is the battery life - a full charge barely lasts a day and there’s no hope of sleep tracking unless you take it off and charge it before bed - then it would require a further charge in the morning before being useable for the day. I bought this for my son after seeing the product high in a ‘10 best’ list but can only assume it must have had very poor competitors- I can’t recommend it at all.

If I could give negative reviews I would. Not a single person has replied to the numerous emails I have left regarding my refund of over £200!

I would not be buying from this store again and advise others to think twice. It’s absolutely shocking!!!!!! The stock is also poor quality and flimsy.

worst watch ever

The worst watch I have literally ever owned. It has a terrible battery life, and often doesn't charge properly. You can't set the time without using the app, which is full of advertisements. You can't go back and forth between screens, without cycling through literally eight different ones. And the screen half the time doesn't wake up on shaking it, so you can't see the time without using your other hand to press the button.

This thing is a toy

This thing is a toy. The pulse monitor is totally inaccurate (I compared it with a Fitbit Blaze and an Omron finger oximeter) and the strap is tiny. Save your money. If you need a device that provides these functions, look at other makes.

We purchased a few items and have…#12242 and #12230

We purchased a few items for my sons birthday as gifts for the kids and have processed a return for set of them due to the size. It's been two months and still waiting for a refund. Customer service keep saying they will do the refund and do not complete it.

We are now looking at further action. It's over £200 refund we are waiting for.

Bought 2 of these. Neither fitted properly into the charger. One was so bad it wasn't used. The other one gave up last week after only a few months and kept turning off, resetting and disconnecting from the app. Very poor. Would not recommend.

Overall very pleased

Overall very pleased. I only bought it primarily so I could monitor my heartbeat at the gym without holding on.

Aside from being overcongratulated on nearly everything was a little alarmed yesterday when, mysteriously, after hard physical work, my heart monitor gave me a critical rating for the previous hour. An hour later that hour was not critical according to the overall rating????

It's a fraud - avoid!

It's a joke! It took a lot of effort to connect Fourfit Mini to a phone - app suggested in instructions did not work, we managed to connect using another application using QR code in menu inside that tracker. Next days we had a lot of laugh looking on output - it seems to be a randomly generated numbers - I used two tracker at once and results were so different! What's the point of tracking when results are absolutely unreliable. It maybe used as a watch - but then it's quite bulky device with battery life under 24 hours....
Avoid at all costs!

Faulty product but no refund

Bought a Fourfit Mini which stopped functioning after a few weeks. Contacted customer services, they accepted it was faulty and arranged the return, which they received. To this point - good service, but since then, I’ve heard nothing and received no refund. They’ve stopped replying to emails. Very frustrating. Wish I’d read the reviews before making our purchase.

Would be a 0 if you could give it. Awful. Battery life terrible on kids tracker. Doesn’t even last the day and then strap broke. Requested a refund well within the 28 days. They sent a reply where you click to return and then have to wait for a reply. No reply sent after this point. Avoid at all costs! Still trying to get money back a month later.

Not impressed

I ordered 3 watches for my children. 2 were sent fine. The third's box was completely ruined through the post. As they were gifts I contacted fourfit who told me they'd send a new flat-packed box out ASAP. It never arrived. The watches were OK but the battery was a huge disappointment on all 3 of them. It lasted around 12 hours before it needed charging again. Sent them all back for a refund.
