Don't bother
Don't bother - cheap product yes, but from a cheap company who only want your money but no interest after that.
Useless 'oh so fashionable' sparse website with minimal information on there to assist with your new product. Good luck finding any product instructions anywhere. Whilst searching, you might stumble across some reference to where product instructions might be - but no, doesn't actually get you anywhere with any manuals - just expired pages or something different to what you thought you were getting.

This company have been fantastic
This company have been fantastic. I bought a fitbit watch for my wife s Christmas and it went wrong in March. Contact was made and within a week we have a new charging unit and the watch is back too full working order. I cannot fault anything they have been very helpful and would use this company again.

Very disappointing
Watches arrived quickly - I ordered 3! - but am having trouble with the app. First finding the right one, the app is not called fourfit. Then registering and logging in - it doesn’t recognise my details. Other login methods are not in English and are even different script so totally incomprehensible. Then contacting them problems. There is no phone number so I have used the contact form but have no idea if I will get a response. Have already tried forgotten password but still nothing there either. This is very disappointing and looks like I will have to return all the watches at my own cost! I cannot believe they get such good reviews eg the telegraph, good housekeeping, good food etc

Quick delivery but the watch is very poor quality. The strap is very hard and not child friendly. Difficult to find user manual/setting up instructions. Most of all it couldn't connect to the phone. We've decided to send it back.

Not worth the money.
Not worth the money.. It keep disconnecting to my device and the amount of adverts you get on the app is ridiculous.
It doers nothing what it says. The steps counts incorrect. I can carry on, my list is huge. very disappointed. Best is to invest in proper brand.
What annoyed me the most is they don't have a phone number where people can just call them and ask queries. not worth it.

Cheap but not very cheerful
Cheap, but you get what you pay for. Limited features and battery life, and the charging part snapped a bit within the first few days when put into the charging port with a little too much force. Also the app is pretty hopeless. I fear you can't really get one of these which is decent for this little money.

If I could give zero I would. Firstly I bought what I thought was a kids fitness tracker as that was on the photo... it turned out to just be a replacement strap. Then I bought the whole thing. It will not charge. So have now wasted £35 on rubbish.

Correspondence has been checked relating to this order. First contact made was for assistance in the setup of the device, it was then later reported in a further email the watch was damaged. Images were requested of this so we could check if this was something that had happened in transit and raise accordingly with our courier.

could anyone tell me where to get a Manual for the fourfit 2 mini? How do you change the date and my phone can not link to the watch. I have nothing to assist me with this issue. No manual, no contact details etc.
