Grandson very happy with watch but ----

Grandson very happy with watch. His father set it up without any problem.
Just heard, though, that the FourFit watch is not holding its charge and needs charging everyday. This is disappointing .

Very disappointing

First time in using company. Ordered two fit bits for my twins 8th birthday. When opening package only one in packet. Emailed straight away. Was promised the other one would be sent by priority order. When not received by Wednesday, advised would-be with us by Friday. One very upset and disappointed 8 year old.

10 year old daughter loves her FourFit Mini2

I bought my 10 year old daughter a FourFit Mini2 for Christmas - she loved it, especially how it looked as it came with the funky dark pink strap. It was a bit fiddly connecting up the App, as it took me a while to figure out that the lead for linking the bluetooth connection is via the watch, rather than from my phone. But my daughter loved being able to track her activity, especially mapping her heartrate to exercise intensity and also the sleep tracker. The charger can be a bit difficult to access due to the tightness of the strap housing but overall I think this is a great little device, at a hugely competitive price. Recommended.

I see some negative comments below on customer service. I had the opposite experience, hugely positive and super-efficient. After 8 months of intensive (daily) use my daughter's device developed a fault. The FourFit Mini comes with a 12 month warranty, so I emailed customer service. The team were fantastic - responsive, engaged and efficient. I sent through a description of the problem, with photos, and they resolved it immediately. Hugely impressive and first-class service. My daughter is now wearing a replacement device and I will certainly plan to buy another one for the next daughter coming through.

Postage not the issue the fact that I ordered 3 items and you only delivered 2 items until I had to chase your company up to send me the missing item.

I ordered and paid a delivery fee and one of the items was not delivered. I had to do the chasing to get some response. The missing item was resent but the opportunity to give the gifts during the Birthday party was lost. No offer for refund of the postage I paid or any compensation from the company.

not a pleasant shopping experience on my part.

Not happy at all

Not really happy about the service.ive received a faulty products. I had to send back the watch and they wanted me to pay the delivery expenses. I had to make a complaint in order to get an email with a promise of refund. I haven't had that yet but hopefully soon.

It doesn't stay in the charger properly. It doesn't last very long when it is fully charged. Very disappointed with this item.

A fabulous watch with fantastic options

I am using my FourFit it’s fabulous. I am 74 years old & needed to try & be more active following lockdown & am using the step function it’s just what I needed. The other medical checks are amazing & are been checked daily. Thank you for such a great watch at such an affordable price. I love getting my text message alerts.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish! After receiving the fitness band, and installing the app, I saw loads of very negative reviews about the watch and app not functioning properly. I hoped my experience would be different, but the same problems mentioned started happening with mine as well. Now it won't sync at all with the app despite showing that it's connected, and all the data on the watch is wrong with no way of fixing it without the app. I've tried everything with no luck. The band is now chucked in a drawer and I'm out £40. Don't buy this product! Spend the little bit more and buy a more well known/trusted product.

Doesn’t charge well

Good item. Only issue is with charging as the device is directly plugged in but doesn’t fit well so doesn’t charge well.
