Do not, I repeat, do not order from here. I ordered pants and they were completely different from the picture. When I asked for a refund, they said they didn’t refund (they told me I could return the item to china) or they’d give me 10% off the next order. I opted to return it because I wanted to hold them accountable (and I honestly didn’t blink about the cost to ship it. It was about the principle of how hard it was to even get it returned). All to have it returned that the building “doesn’t exist in china.” Nothing but a scam. DO NOT DO IT. your emails will be returned.

Product was never delivered and the courier company had no name or contact info so was never able to find out what happened to, or collect my order.Repeated emails to the company were answered by 'bots and I was never able to get a hold of anyone or get a refund for the "lost" item

They advertise lovely items and that they are a Canadian company but none of it is true. The items are not even worthy of a Dollar Store (sorry Dollar Store!) and the return process is a nightmare! Definitely a learning experience to check an unknown company’s website with ScamAdviser before engaging. They gave Fourthave a very low score for being legitimate. If only I had done this before losing my ever loving mind trying to get a refund of $80 since Sept 22, 2025!! BUYER BEWARE

If I had the option of zero stars, I would have chosen that.
I placed an order for 2 items and was very excited to receive them. The communication was great at first and then the notifications for delays started coming.
After 2 months and many messages back and forth, I was given tracking information. This tracking information was not actually trackable and the courier company didn't have a phone number that was in service.
Fast forward another month and I had opened a case with my credit card company to get my money back which started an issue with Fourthave. They wanted me to cancel this case because they were still trying to have me believe my order was enroute.
Now that it's been over 6 months, I received a message asking yet again to reverse my refund as my order is still enroute!!!
Needless to say, this will never happen again as I will NEVER look at this company again. Good luck and beware for anyone thinking of ordering from them.

Received incorrect item that was shown in the Video. Then I tried to get a hold of them to return incorrect item via email and no one returns a response which I have been doing since I purchased the item of October 5th, 2025 and as of today, November 6, 2025, still no one is responding and when I check their website it keeps telling me this:
"Opening Soon....We're taking a short break. Our online store is temporarily closed while we process orders and prepare for our next collection. all existing orders will continue to be handled with care...you'll still receive your tracking updates as usual. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. The Fourthave Vancouver team."

This has been going on for just over a month now.

Bullshit website and bags were not as advertised. And you can return them because they don’t have a phone number and the bags were not real leather. BIGGEST SCAM!!!!

They certainly qualify for Buyer Beware. After selecting the colour since the advertisement made the product look amazing, I forgot to make sure it was being shipped from Vancouver. When I discovered it was coming from China, I tried to cancel, and even though it was only 15 minutes afterwards, they said no, I couldn't.

The problem with items shipped from China that offer Money Back on Returns is that you have to pay a significant amount to ship to China, and it goes to a large central warehouse, and you get no proof it was delivered or if anyone signed for it, so it is almost impossible to get your money back.

The image of the leather is soft and supple, and thinner than the actual purse. It also had a strange odour that required me to hang it outside for 3 days in the sunlight till it was gone.

I ordered a pair of supposedly leather ankle boots from this company. Their website and FB pages led me to believe they were a Canadian company, not that the product I was ordering was coming from China, and looked nothing like the picture of the boots I ordered. What arrived was the cheapeast, nastiest, plastic-est things I’ve ever seen! They went straight into the garbage, and so my $70.00 was an absolute waste of money….i wouldn’t even send them to a Thrift store. Absolutely disgusting…don’t get caught out like I did…they’re taking your money under false pretences. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very deceptive advertising! Purchased and received two items which are nothing like the description or appearance. Junk, cheaply made crap. When I email to return items, the email will not go through, unable to contact. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. Wish I had looked at the other reviews before purchasing. Do not purchase from these scammers!

Deceptive advertising as I live in Vancouver. Fourth Avenue here in Vancouver is a highly respected shopping area. When I tried to get their address or phone number, they did not exist here, nor would they release it to me. On searching, it appears they are operating out of Newfoundland. I called my credit card company and reported them. My claim was accepted and it may take 45 days to get my money back but it will be worth the wait. Lesson learned. I was not the only person who had reported them to this credit card company. :( Buyer beware.

Ordered leather jackets. Received plastic garbage. When I contacted them to complain they said " Return it to us at your expense to China and we will consider a refund"

They are here to steal your money. Do yourselves a favour and avoid them.

I ordered from this company June 21st and the order was not delivered as per their assertion. I have home security and there was no delivery on the day or time they stated there was.
I have been back and forth with them. I opened a file with PayPal to get some help resolving the issue and Fourthave responded saying we will send out the order if i close my complaint. So I did close the complaint. I should not have done this as they are now reneging on this promise and not sending out the order. I am unable to reopen the complaint with PayPal. I’m sure they are well aware of this.
Since then I have engaged in a back and forth dialogue. They stating they delivered it and I should ask my neighbours and look in my mailbox. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. So frustrated. I thought when I order, because the company was Vancouver based, it would be reputable. I was wrong. I will Never order from them and suggest no one else does either. What a waste of time.

Worst experience ever ordering online. Clothing was cheaply made with cheap material. Sizing was inconsistent within their own brand - ordered the same item in different colours and they were vastly different in size - and nowhere near Canadian sizing. Despite claiming to be a Canadian company - items are shipped from overseas. Returns (despite being the manufacturer’s fault) are at the consumer’s expense.

Ordered a pair of boots marketed as Vivienne Everday Booties - a special buy one get one free offer. The website showed a lined apparently well made product. What arrived was not remotely resembling the product advertised. Extremely poor vinyl like unlined poor stitched product and one pair was not like ordered. It looked like they were made in an elementary school sewing class with left over material. After several correspondences over email and photos sent, the company responded that it was as ordered and if I was not satisfied I could return them to and address in China ( from Canada) at my own expense. Please avoid this company. I would give it “ no stars”

It's a fraud. There is no boutique in Vancouver. Product is shipped directly from China. It is extremely cheap and sizing is ridiculous. An extra large blouse was barely an extra small. Instructions for refund are to return to a warehouse in China, which I did. But now they are refusing to give any refund or exchange. This is a pure scam.

Item received is not as advertised, I like many others here have been scammed/ripped off. Will cost more to ship to China, than what I paid for the item. Even if I were to ship it back, I don’t trust I will ever get a refund, as this company is unscrupulous. Will contact credit card company for recourse.

I am’t too happy with the shoes i ordered and i am trying to get a refund no answers .

The product and customer service is horrendous the quality of the clothing is cheap and not what is stated on their website. Buyer beware.

This place is fake. The company is not in Vancouver, they are in China. I bought a dress and it was made terrible. I couldn't get it over my head. When I told them about it, a robot keeps responding stating they will credit me 10%. I decided to return it. THE RETURNS ARE NOT COVERED. It would have cost me more to send the dress back and track the package. I sent it back without a tracking number and now they are saying I won't get a refund. THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE
