Fraud

Fraud! They sell cheap knock-off items shipped from China, not even close to what is shown on their website. Purchased a X-body leather bag with all kinds of features shown; received a plastic bag with none of the features. Probably worth about $5 at the dollar store. They claim they have a 30 day return policy....BUT you must return it to China (at your expense!)....well guess what, it will never arrive and you will never get your refund. They are not in Vancouver, they're a knock off factory in China. If I could give negative stars I would. DON'T buy from this company.

Paid knowledge.

I, too, got scammed by this company.
They falsely insinuated that they were a Canadian store offering free shipping and easy returns. I fell for it and ordered a pair of 'orthopedic' shoes, size 6, and received a cheap piece of crap, size 8. There is nothing 'orthopedic' about these shoes, just a knitted top of some plastic-feeling material, a heavy rubber sole, and not even an arch support. Now, I must try to retrieve some refund and chalk the experience up to paid knowledge.

The company is very misleading

The company is very misleading. This is a China based company with one warehouse in China. It has nothing to do with fourth Ave in Vancouver.
The product was not what I ordered. The pants were 4 sizes smaller, the belt was just a thin cheap strip of questionable leather. To return it, it must go back to the warehouse in China. I mailed the return on June 16th with their return form, sent a photo of the pk to them.
After 2 full months they said they couldn't find my return and said to contact the courier. I had told them I sent it by mail. They offered me to keep the product and they would return 10%. They would keep.the 90%. It was so cheaply made it was not worth giving away. Now I see their reviews. I should have looked before. They refuse to refund and deny they received the return!!!

SCAM!

False advertising, absolutely NOTHING Canadian about this company. Item ordered (crossbody bag) was nothing like the ad when received. Junk! Crap! And couldn't be returned! NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

Not leather

Bought the cross body "leather" bag. There is NO leather found anywhere on this item. Expensive lesson learned. This is obviously a front for a cheap Chinese company, selling cheap Chinese stuff. Ugh, I hate that I was mislead. And returns are at customer's expense, to their distribution site in Asia, so imagine the cost of that :(((

scam don't buy

Im not sure how they are able to have or use trustpilot on their site with a five star rating when they are clearly not trust worthy .
I placed an order on Aug 7th cancelled the order after doing a bit of research the very next day on the 8th ( should have done that first because I trusted the trustpoilot rating on their site.)
hoping I get a reply from them and my credit .
well its now Aug 25th after 65 emails and still counting no closer to a resolution of a 100 % refund.
they have offer a refund of 40% and I could keep the product. or get 100% if I shipped it back to China at my cost .
Unacceptable they falsely claimed that their Maelys classic leather leather crossbody bags were" genuine leather " in the description of the product( I have taken a photo of the original description as proof ,
They have since changed the description as just leather . I discovered that the product was not the genuine leather when I did a reverse image search and found that same product could be purchased on TEMU , for 17.00 and guess what ? was not leather . I cancelled the order the following day .
To late on it way. I now have the bags, not leather as claimed.
Just do yourselves a favor do a reverse image search on many of their items and you may discover that the items you might think are legit are actually the same products you can get from Temu and other sites at a far cheaper cost and with no hassle of return .
still want my money back as its fraud , hiding behind a nice polished web site . don't do it.

Not as advertised

I had a bad experience with this company. I placed an order for six items of clothing and was subsequently advised that four of the items were already sold out. I was offered a 10% discount on future purchases because of the items that were sold out. The two items that were shipped to me were not made of the material that was indicated and did not look like the items indicated on the website. The items that were shipped to me were poor quality. I sent an email indicating that I would return both items and I wanted a refund. I was surprised that I had to ship back to a warehouse in China. They tried to discourage me from returning the items referencing CO emissions. They wanted to give me a 20 percent discount discount on all future items because I was disappointed in the quality. I refused and told him that I would be shipping back all items to China and that I wanted a refund - again they tried to discourage me from shipping back to China. I told them that I would be returning all items due to poor quality and that I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They ended up refunding the charge to my credit card. I didn’t trust them with my credit card information so I cancelled that credit card.

The clothing was falsely advertised.
The style looks like a hospital uniform made from an unknown cheap fabric, not of linen as per advertisement. The company advised me to send back to CHINA @ my cost of $60 shipping.
I asked for an alternate address (package was shipped from Canada) but no response. Continue to tell me I cannot get full refund. Horrible clothes. Poor business.

It's a con

It's a con. The pants I received were a cheap polyester cotton, not linen. You have to return them to China which is prohibitively expensive if you want a tracking number. If you don't have a tracking number, they would likely deny receiving the item. I wouldn't trust this company to honour a full discount on a return. As others have reported, they offer a 10% discount if you keep the item, then 20%, then 40%. Chances of actually getting it? Slim to none. Please report this company to the Canada anti-fraud centre.

Only received part of my order and what…

Only received part of my order and what I got was poor quality and not the fabric it was supposed to be. They assured me the rest of my order was coming and provided a new tracking number. Now they know nothing about that even though I’ve sent them back their emails which say otherwise. Don’t waste your money. They’re con artists.

Fourthave Vancouver FRAUD

Fourthave Vancouver is a fraudulent company. I thought I was supporting a Canadian company with high quality clothing. The background if you look closer is a guy from the US and a shipping company from China. They do not send items as advertised (I received a cheap hospital gown) and returns are a fraud. They tell you to keep the item & will only offer 10% refund on first contact, then 20%, then 40%. If you've been scammed, please screenshot everything and report to your credit card company, police, and Canadian Fraud Alert.

They are scammers

Note the supposedly good reviews here seem to be from fictitious names.
My bad for not researching before ordering. This Company pretends to be from Vancouver but are a warehouse in China. Waited a few weeks for my item and when it arrived it was a size medium when 3X was ordered. My bad also for not reading their refund policy prior to ordering as I must pay cost to return the item to China even tho this was their error. They are offering 10% refund when even their website shows should be 20%. Also be advised the item sent is very poor quality and does not match the photo or description.

Paid 130.00 for two dresses

Paid 130.00 for two dresses, after a 10% discount for buying two. They were supposed to be linen. One is thin cotton and the other is POLYESTER. Arrived later than they were supposed to. I'll try, but I am figuring I won't get a refund and I'll just have to write it off as a bad online shopping experience.

Buyer Beware !!

Please do not waste your money or time on this scam “store”. I ordered 2 products , the Novara Vintage Art Print , advertised as cotton-linen blend. Received wrong size , and it’s 100% polyester , feels like plastic. Also ordered Eliora cotton-linen blend , they are very thin, poorly constructed cotton. To get a full refund items must be returned to China , not Vancouver , at buyers expense . I’ve been informed I’m eligible for for a 10% refund , however their website states a 20% refund . Customer service terrible , takes a few days to receive a response , and I’m not sure if it’s A1 generated . Took a full month to receive these poorly made items . Asked for a refund at one point when delivery seemed to take forever , no response.
Please do not order from this site .

I ordered a shirt that looked…

I ordered a shirt that looked orange/red in the picture. I received a purple one. I don't wear purple. I tried to return it. The email for returns seen as support at fouthave dot com

does not work. I emailed two more times to the 'contact' email. No response.
There is no money back guarantee. If you order something and they send you the wrong item you are stuck with it.

I would give this "0" star rating

I would give this "0" star rating. Every thing that has been said in previous reviews is exactly how I would describe.
1. Ordering was swift
2. Order took an exceptional long time 3 weeks. This I thought was odd as the site made you believe you were ordering from a shop in Vancouver and the clothes were being shipped from Vancouver. Not so they were shipped to a warehouse in Toronto that came from China. The cellophane packaging had Chinese writing on it.
3. The clothes were not at all that was described in the picture/description. The material was see through and extremely cheap.
4. Im a Large/Xlarge and the clothes would not fit over my head and pants were 6' off the ground.
5. There were no labels on the garments to indicate size, manufacture label, washing instructions. (looked like a public school sewing class made them)
6. Attempted many times through their contacts re email and CHAT to no avail to have merchandise returned.
7. I have filed a dispute with my credit card provider.
8. I only wish I saw this site before I ordered, Don't be fooled by the pictures, prices and location. THIS IS A SCAM!

The blouse looked more like an overcoat, and a really ugly one.…

The blouse looked more like an overcoat. Nothing like the picture given on FB. I tried to contact for a refund so far nothing back from them. I wouldn't wear this anywhere. I will donate it but I'm sure it will end up cleaning windows. Probably not great for that either.

Avoid This Company

Avoid This Company – Misleading Advertising and Terrible Quality

Do not fall for the social media hype surrounding this company. I was drawn in by the slick marketing and glowing ads, and I was genuinely excited to receive my order. That excitement turned into immediate disappointment the moment I opened the package.

The toxic chemical smell hit me instantly—it was so strong it gave me a headache. As for the products themselves? Absolutely appalling. What was advertised as "high-quality linen" turned out to be cheap, synthetic, unbreathable fabric that feels like plastic. The sizing was way off, the stitching was poor, and the overall quality is some of the worst I've ever seen.

I reached out to customer service to request a refund, and so far—radio silence. No acknowledgment, no response, nothing.

Bottom line: don’t fall for their polished marketing. This is a low-quality, misleading operation selling garbage products with zero customer support. Save your money.
