We had cause to phone ESS technical and an extremely helpful guy called Redel identified the issue and he resolved it within the hour.
We are very happy and the system is functioning correctly.

Kendall patiently fixed my problem. AI tells me i need an API key and I clumsily tell Kendall and he gets it and sorts it for me. Effective and polite. Very good service.

I am currently on my sixth fox installation I have had a few teething problems but this is to do with learning on each occasion I have a problem I have got through to technical support usually within five minutes and they have managed to sort out the problem within 20 minutes they always do a firmware update after sorting out the problem and I am very impressed with the technical support it is a good product with excellent technical support thank you to all the Fox team

We've installed over 300 Fox ESS systems, they are fantastic, user and installer friendly.
The UK support lines are easy to get hold of, Agush has been particularly helpful recently

Fox is a pleasure to install and they offer great value for my customers. The kit is reliable and works well. They also have great customer support/technical helpline, Bernard is especially helpful and is my go to contact.

Lewis at Fox has been brilliant in installing a new inverter the day it arrived.
Communication was 10 out of 10.

Recently had the solar panels and solar battery and inverter installed ! Had a minor issue with the app but this guy called Bernard went above and beyond, he was very professional and very helpful..can't thank this guy enough,, he's a great asset to the team. Had an atypical install and I had immediate support

Sadly Fox ESS seem far more interested in selling kit than dealing with customers problems.
What they totally fail to grasp is that putting faults to rights is a very effective way to test and improve your equipment.
Happy customers are an invaluable part of any sales and marketing operation.
Emails bounce, texts go unanswered, very very frustrating.

I had an issue with what I thought was the inverter. Spoke to a few guys but eventually got through to Lewis. He was brilliant. Got in touch with me through WhatsApp so I could send him videos and photos of the issue. Then also rang me back to find out if the issue was resolved. Never had someone who is so attentive with customer service. Problem was resolved as well

Great service from Lewis Cooper who managed to solve a long outstanding issue with our solar power system. Would highly recommend

Very helpful Engineer called and confirmed we needed a new battery and promptly ordered it. I’m still waiting my RMA its been 11 days now and not heard anything!! Ticket number 163446. I’ve been in communication with the engineer ( which has been very helpful) but he hasnt had any feedback either from the RMA. Is there a problem with Fox ess that the RMA is too slow to respond!! We are not getting the best service especially during this sunny weather.

Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and after-sales support from Fox ESS.

We reported a faulty piece of equipment over a week ago and, despite repeated attempts to get an update, we still have no clear indication of when the replacement parts will be supplied. The lack of communication has been frustrating, and we're left chasing for information rather than being kept informed.

As an electrical contractor, our reputation depends on supporting our customers quickly when issues arise. Delays like this reflect badly on us, even though the equipment failure is outside of our control.

The products themselves may be competitively priced, but reliable warranty support is just as important. Unfortunately, based on this experience, it has made us seriously reconsider whether we continue specifying Fox ESS products on future projects.

I hope Fox ESS takes this feedback seriously and improves its warranty process and customer communication.

Steven was super helpful when an inverter had a fault and needed to be replaced. He took the time to explain and guide us through the issue and helped in rectifying this problem quickly and efficiently.

We had multiple firmware updates and issues with a commercial installation yesterday involving an AI link, 3 x Fox pro inverters & 9 batteries, all of which Lewis in tecnical support was excellent in helping us overcome these problems. We also had an update on the batteries firmware having being completed in the back ground long after we had left site.
We discussed the latest firmware updates being uploaded onto the Fox Tech website and us taking a copy of these to site for future installations being commissioned.
