Updated review

I originally gave this company one star- the item I ordered was not what was delivered. That hasn’t changed ( original review below) HOWEVER, I contacted the company via email showing them the item I received and a screenshot of the item description from their website. Within 24 hours I had email confirmation that I would receive a full refund and within 3 days that refund arrived in my account. This part of the service was excellent. It does not change the fact that I cannot recommend using their site but I was able to get a full refund by quoting their own terms and conditions.

I should have listened to the reviews on here. Truly awful quality clothing. Ordered a shirt listed as a cotton linen blend. It arrived and is 100% polyester. Horrible finish. Awful colour. A waste of money. They advertise on instagram. Do not go near them. I ordered online on 14th September. It arrived 2nd October.

Extremely poor quality clothing

Extremely poor quality clothing. Contacted them within the legal 14 day cooling off period to request an address to return the items to. I was fobbed of and an address was not provided but was offered a 30% refund which I declined. This is contrary to Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In short avoid this company and buy elsewhere.

I had some issues with my order

I had some issues with my order, namely the state of item that was eventually delivered.
Have to say, aftersales was above and beyond and I was treat with care, attention and genuine interest.
With this approach, my review is certainly a positive one.

STAY AWAY!

Bought what was supposed to be a denim over shirt/jacket. It arrived in a package 4inches by 4inches and two inches deep. Like a piece of tissue paper. Absolute scam. DO NOT use this company

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They do not offer full refunds. They offered half the refund and made it sound like they are doing you a favour. The clothes are poor quality. AVOID THEM.
