This company are shocking, My first order was for a pair of trainers which came on time but the box was damaged resulting in creases in my brand new trainers. I didnt contact them because they where cheap and I understand they have come along way. Then I place an order for a T-shirt that should have arrived within 14days only it didnt and everytime I tried to email them it said it failed to deliver. I had no response from anyone in regards to my late order, I contact on various channels including facebook. I then went to the facebook profile I used to order the items, namely Bobby Jean to leave a comment asking about my order and not being able to contact anyone. She then hid my comment from public, so I commented again asking why and telling her my issues. Which resulted in me getting an email saying they have cancelled and refunded me for my order considering I can not wait and that they had contacted me on numerous occasions. This is false and a complete pack of lies. I have not recieved a single response until I publicly announced my problem, which is actually quite convenient. I Would avoid completely, not just because of my experience but because you literally have no one at all to contact or interact with in regards to any enquiries or problems you have. The page run by Bobby Jean is active consistently and posting multiple items daily, the public comment for prices, links, with different questions and she cant even be bothered to reply!! Poor or should I say lack of proper customer service.

Ordered a t-shirt over 2 weeks ago still not arrived so emailed them to ask them whats going on with it and they turned around said we have cancelled your Order because im inpatient. Firstly I was only asking whats going on with it as the tracking kept saying unavailable hope I get my refund!!

Do not buy off this company avoid at all costs, my partner ordered me a Tshirt over 14 days ago still not here only for them to email her to say that we've cancelled your order because your not willing to wait any longer, scum bags

Placed an order for 2 pairs of trainers got confirmation email that was it no delivery and when emailed the email address they have on their site it just come's back as not sent I sent a message on FB page and had no reply there's no other way of communication with them and conveniently does not do messenger I would definitely be careful if thinking of ordering from this site

I have also purchased of these no confirmation of order emailed them several times which no response, no delivery has arrived as yet so put a hold on bank

"I recently ordered a hoodie from Foxgloveboutique for my wife. The order process was incredibly slow, taking two weeks for the item to even be dispatched. Despite multiple emails inquiring about the order status, I received no response whatsoever.
When the hoodie finally arrived, it was unfortunately too large. With the Christmas rush approaching, we were forced to order a replacement from the official White Fox store. Upon receiving the authentic White Fox hoodie, it became clear that the item from Foxgloveboutique was not the genuine article. The labels were completely different, and the images on their website were misleading, suggesting we would receive the original product instead of a reprinted version.
Attempting to return the incorrect item proved equally frustrating. I contacted Foxgloveboutique via email to inquire about the return process, but received absolutely no response. This lack of customer service is unacceptable and frankly, disgusting."
