Where do I start. Avoid at all cost. I became an affiliate for this “lady” so ive seen first hand how she doesn’t send orders out and doesn’t respond to any emails or questions regarding orders. Shes happy to sit there and take peoples money while we are left to deal with refunding customers our self out our own pockets because she just ignores her sellers. Please DO NOT order off this lady. She goes by the name Bobby crutchley but just found out she’s using the name Jade aswell.

Wouldn't even give them 1 star. They get their 'affiliates' to advertise items. They take your money. They never deliver the items. Then the Affiliates can't refund you and the owner 'Bobby' gives you the silent treatment and refuses to refund you!
This company owes me money for a item I never received 8 weeks after ordering it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order with this company on the 2nd April. Despite sending five emails to try and ascertain the status of my order I have not yet received a response to any of my emails, I consider this is be very very poor customer service. If they are unable to fulfill the order for any reason they should be contacting their customers.

Purchased my first item last week and I am so happy!! I can tell you it will be the first of many! Such a great experience, Bobby is amazing! Keeping me updated all the way through and giving timescales! My trainers arrived within a week which I was so shocked at!! And they’re such great quality! Cannot wait to order again! Would 1000% recommend!

Purchased from foxloveboutique easy to order quick response when I had a question or query only took two weeks to arrive perfect quality

Do not order from this company, I waited 4 weeks for order to arrive !!! when I emailed to ask how long it would be I got told allow a maximum of 14days. It then arrived 4 weeks later. Completely wrong order !! I've been trying to deal with this since the 8th April I got told please allow 48hours for response nothing has happened and its now the 17th !!!

We are now on the 22nd April and still nothing I've emailed again and used the contact page on website!!!

Disgusting !!!

Top Quality with Excellent Service.

I've made a few purchases from foxglove. Everytime I've ordered I've been given delivery times & tracking numbers. All item's are of amazing quality my fave being the stitch pillow/throw it has washed so well & is so cozy. I will 100% be purchasing again. And would 100% recommend shopping with foxglove
