Very disappointed with this purchase

Very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a customised bracelet (Order #47194) and received a poorly made product with visible dents and a bad finish. It looked nothing like what was advertised.

I contacted their WhatsApp support, and they told me the office was closed — then completely ignored me after that. No follow-up, no refund, no solution.

For a product that cost AED 269, this is unacceptable. Terrible customer service and misleading quality.
Not recommended at all. Save your money and buy from a trusted seller.
