Customer service from Josie was honestly the best customer service. I had an issue in that I didn't realise I had placed an invisible extensions pre-order. I needed the extensions on time and Josie was so prompt with the replies and was able to amend my order and I got my extensions the very next day. I've been using foxy locks for years and absolutely love them. Always the best quality. Haven't worn the new ones yet but I'm so excited to.

I had been wanting some foxy locks extensions since I was 14 watching Imogen on YouTube!!! I ordered a pair for next day delivery ready for a surprise trip my boyfriend was taking me on. However, there was a technical issue that meant my order wasn’t dispatched for a couple of days. Tegan was so helpful and personally saw to the dispatch of my order so I got them in time. And I’m so grateful that she did as my boyfriend proposed whilst we were away! So I had incredible hair for the photos!

Avoid pre order items, unless you're prepared to wait for weeks to receive them.
After several exchange of emails and assurances that the extensions were imminently due to arrive; no joy.
Today eventually, three months later it turns up £90 for one weave strip!
Certainly not value for money and appalling customer service!
I would not recommend.

Judging by other customers experience re complaints, I'm pretty sure this review will be archived by the company, or receive a generated reply.
I would however, remind those responsible of their duty under the sale of goods act.

Ordered extensions from their website with next day delivery for invisible extensions.. unfortunately the order didn’t arrive and I contacted them for them to tell me it is a pre order item. I checked the website and in VERY small writing on the photo of the product it states “pre order” on a very small box on the image of the extensions. Cancelled the order as I asked why they allow next day delivery for a pre ordered item that isn’t very well advertised. Clip hair have much cheaper and just as good quality extensions for almost half the price! Excited to receive them tomorrow instead, oh and to add I now have to wait a whole week for a refund

I purchased Chestnut Luxurious 26" Silk Seamless Clip In Hair Extensions 300g for £175 from the outlet.

I was shocked at what I received. Please heed all the other bad reviews and don't buy from this company. I bought some samples first to get my colour match and the sample hair was so healthy, nothing like what I was sent for my big purchase! I tried to work with it as I've been waiting to get some good clip in hair extensions for a while. I tried my salon products which made it slightly better, but once you wear the hair it looks like dreadlocks, it gets so matted. Like Hagrid as another user has described. I actually think the hair is from an animal or mixed, as I've never known human hair to act like this. I've had damaged hair when I was younger and it didn't mat like this.

I emailed them and this is the response I got:

I am very sorry but unfortunately as stated on the website outlet item's are a final sale and are non returnable, it is stated that these are old quality discontinued stock so the quality and lifespan will be lower than our current regular stock such as our samples. We can recommend selling these on via sites such as Vinted or eBay. These shouldn't be damaged as these are all brand new set's that haven't been used they are just our old quality stock, if you would like to send me some photos/videos of the problems you are experiencing then I can try my best and would love to help you with this and give you some advice.

They will breach your consumer rights, the hair I bought was described as 'luxurious' but now they are openly admitting it's low quality.

I have reported to Citizens Advice and trading standards and I suggest you do too. They need closing down!

I've asked for proof that they use human hair and they didn't send it.
They think their policies over rule the 2015 consumer rights act and won't let me create a return as it is a 'final sale' which isn't even a thing in the UK due to the consumer protections in place.

They had the audacity to tell me to sell the hair on a marketplace. Just because you're okay scamming people out of their hard earned cash doesn't mean I am!

How can you respond and say there was nothing wrong with the hair! It even had knots and bits of glue in it. It's so damaged and it matts into dreadlocks. You can't over rule my consumer rights. You've been reported to trading standards, hope everyone else that has been scammed by you does the same and you're closed down.

I returned the hair and I've had not correspondence from them at all. Probably post it out to another another customer.

Hair quality is rubbish, as if it’s fake and synthetic, I was charged to return my order and they charged me more than what they should take to cover return fee, avoid at all costs

I'm literally obsessed with my clip in extensions! What a brilliant company to have purchased from! Free next day delivery (on a Saturday!), brilliant colour matching, and the extensions are just on another level. Total game changer to my past experiences with clip ins. 1000% would do business here again! Thank you so much! 😊

The customer service I have received is honestly the best. She was compassionate and incredibly helpful!

The hair was of terrible quality, and many of the clips fell off, as did the hair itself. I returned everything but never got a refund. They claimed I didn’t return all the hair, even though I had. I explained my dissatisfaction and mentioned the broken clips and strips, but they accused me of lying and even offered to send the poor-quality hair back to me. I still haven’t received my money back. This site is a scam, and I strongly advise against buying from them. Normally I never write any bad reviews but I won’t stop here—they have no idea who they’re dealing with.

It’s amazing experience every time I order new colour. I’ve got the new colour Hazelnut Chai in 20inch. I like changing and they have great variety of colours and lengths.
Extraordinary quality and thickness.

Using these for years, love them. I'd say they're in-between mid to high quality hair extensions. I like Viola hair too but it's more pricey. Foxy locks do last, are a great price, great after washing. I buy their clip ins and cut the clips off and buy hair tape and do my own tape ins. They wash and work amazingly well. I also check out their sale area, I've found great deals. No complaints.... Wear them as tape ins for weeks washing every 4 days. Have tried clip hair and wasn't impressed with the longevity or quality.

Fabulous hair! The quality is amazing. Shipping is incredibly fast. Customer service is also amazing. I love Foxy Locks!

Beware do not order!
For starters as soon as you make the purchase, they send you an email telling you they need to charge more for duties and they charge your credit card for that separately then when it finally ships they do not provide DHL with the manufactures information so your items will sit at the port, stuck, not being delivered to you because foxy locks does not provide the receipt and the manufacturer information that DHL requires then when you finally jump through all the hoops and do their job and get all of this information to DHL, you will then get the other bill for the extra duties even though you paid it to foxy, they are a criminal enterprise and I would avoid them at all costs !!!

Excellent hair product with a small gift too. Kept informed at all times. Prompt service and polite. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

I ordered some extensions for my birthday celebrations. They wasn’t delivered as they got missing in transit (no fault of foxy locks). They opened an investigation with Royal Mail which confirmed I did not receive the parcel. Josie from the team dealt with my issue professionally and promptly which I am overly grateful for, I am now waiting for a full refund which I’m not sure has been processed.

I’m sure I will order for future celebrations as I appreciate this was no fault of the company :)
