Usually foxy locks are my go to place for clip in hair extensions for myself. As I am fitting others hair extensions I usually don’t have time to do my own but I’ve been ill for a while and thought I’d treat myself and do tape ins.i selected medium hair which said 3-4 packs of 20 pieces price £247. this price I normally pay for the clip ins which give me a full head of hair. they arrived today and I can say I’ve never felt more let down! I received a tiny box with 20 pieces of hair and I’d paid £247!! As I buy hair on the regular I know that this price for 20 bits of hair is extortionate!! For years I have recommended this company to everyone and I’ve been a very loyal customer but after receiving todays order I contacted customer service to see where the rest of the hair was and I was informed I’d have to order more hair and the price is £247 for 20 pieces of hair! So say you need 60 for a full head, that’s £741 and that’s before you would pay someone to fit them!! Lucky I can do my own but not for that price!!! Off to the post office to return immediately!!

I’m really disappointed in the lack of customer service. There has been an order processing through Klarna for £166.50 which affects the total I owe. After speaking with Klarna customer service they explained it’s the merchant that needs to cancel this and remove it. This has been on my Klarna account since 2020. I’ve emailed customer support on Monday with screenshots from my Klarna chat and still haven’t had a response from Foxylocks customer service. I would appreciate if someone to assist me with this as this is affecting my credit score too.

Excellent customer service. Product is of good quality, and delivery is extremely speedy, as well as beautifully packaged. Highly recommend 🫶🏼

They sent missing wefts and accused me of lying. If I was satisfied with my purchase, why would I lie and say there were wefts missing? I will not purchase from them again and stick with glam seamless. The invisible wefts I did receive stick out when on top of the head also. I would avoid them at all costs!

My favourite extensions by far! They are thick and such great quality. Easy to clip in and do not cause any damage to natural hair. I have order two times in the past 4 years and just ordered my third!

How dare foxy locks say my review is fake. Not as fake as their hair extensions.
Hundreds of pounds taken of me for hair extensions that were of the lowest quality.
Are they aware that trustpiolt took my review of and I then had to go through all my bank history to see when I purchased the hair extension to allow a review.
Of course they are as they date I provided here would come up on their system.
Think it's also quite dodgy that this site I once trusted but do not any more asked for proof of the hair extensions purchase.
Oh yes I just randomly wright reviews about hair extensions I know nothing about. Ridiculous I should go further with this as I said it cost me hundreds

I ordered my beautiful foxy locks 2 days ago and they arrived today!! The quality of the hair is the best I have purchased yet and they are absolutely stunning! I would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing from foxy locks to definitely do so. They arrived in a beautiful box also with a sample piece included. The customer service alone is a 10/10. I am extremely happy with my order! 😁

I've used Foxy locks for 10-12years. The hair is amazing quality. It doesn't shed, the hair feels so, so soft and comes looking and feeling silky and shiny- very beautiful. The packaging is also lovely so arrives brilliantly presented. I've dyed these extensions many, many times and they always take wonderfully so they really are top tier and well worth the money.

I’ve been buying since 2021, never had any issues. The hair is amazing quality. I purchased a hanger for my ponytail extensions & a protective bag which is so useful to transport when I’m going away.

I purchased clip-in hair extensions from Foxy Locks and had them professionally installed as an LA weave. Despite paying for professional fitting and a haircut to blend the extensions, the quality of the hair is shockingly poor. The extensions do not hold a curl, fall flat within an hour (even with hairspray), and tangle easily—making me seriously doubt they are 100% human hair as advertised.

When I contacted their customer service to raise my concerns, I was met with dismissive responses. They repeatedly focused on the fact that I had the extensions installed as a weave, which apparently voids any refund or replacement—even though this has no bearing on the quality of the hair itself. This “terms and conditions” loophole seems to be their way of avoiding accountability for selling substandard products.

What’s more concerning is that they never suggested performing a strand test to confirm whether the hair is real, authentic, or a blend of synthetic fibers—something that could easily prove my concerns. This lack of action makes me suspect the extensions may not be 100% human hair, despite their claims. For a product that was supposedly priced at £500 before a sale, this is deeply disappointing.

I’ve been using hair extensions for over 15 years and can confidently say that these are the worst I’ve ever purchased. Despite requesting escalation, the issue was not resolved, and the vague offer of “advice” if I provided photos felt like a way to placate rather than help.

If you’re considering buying from Foxy Locks, think twice. They sell products that don’t match the description, dismiss legitimate complaints, and fail to take accountability. Don’t waste your money here.

Unfortunately Poor quality product lasting only 2 weeks

I wrote a review previously and would like to emphasise it, as now I have an update after engaging with their customer service team.

I really wanted to love this product, but the quality was a huge letdown. Despite following all the care instructions—no heat, using their branded hair oil, and the recommended shampoo and conditioner—the hair went incredibly frizzy after just three weeks. By the fourth week, it was completely unusable. I asked a couple of professionals and they both confirmed it's just a blend of synthetic fibers.

It’s a shame because the hair was expensive, and I really thought I was investing in something premium. I now feel like I’ve been scammed on the quality, especially when the same money could have gotten me hair from a local braiding shop that would last just as long—if not longer.

When I raised this issue with their customer service, it was completely ignored.

Eventually, Josie from their team claimed, "our outlet hair is lower quality.'

This completely contradicts what I was told on their live chat prior to purchasing, where I was assured that the outlet hair would be the same quality.

This just goes to show that the site is deceptive—selling cheap hair and trying to dress it up as premium.

The discount prices are still overpriced for the quality they offer, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone spend their money here.

Save yourself the disappointment and buy hair from a local braiding shop. You’ll get the same (if not better) quality for a fraction of the price.

Every time I order a pair of extensions from foxy locks, they last me at least 2 years. They're soft, thick and shiny. I style them all different types of ways. I haven't received this order yet, however I have ordered at least 5 pairs from foxylocks over the years and I am familiar with the quality of the extensions, I'm excited to get these in the mail and I'm hoping the quality is the same or even better if possible
