I emailed them on Tuesday to see if I would receive an item before Christmas if I ordered on that day and they were so helpful that when I put the order in they got it out straight away and I have received it today Thursday.

I ordered a beautiful chest of drawers from Foys which I am very happy with. Ciaran who works there gave me status updates on when the item would be received from the manufacturer and when it had then been picked up for delivery which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately the delivery service could not bring the item upstairs to the bedroom where this piece of furniture would be going, but Ann from Foys called and arranged some help to bring the chest of drawers up the stairs which was excellent customer service and I’m really grateful she jumped in to help solve our dilemma. Again a massive thank you to Ann for sorting all that out and delighted with the chest of drawers. A lovely family run business.

I cannot commend the staff enough: they were without exception very helpful, knowledgeable and utterly professional. If we needed advice they were always ready to fully support. If we needed help with delivery logistics, friendly help was always there. Well done Foy and Company.

This was my first time ordering from Foy &Co. The items ordered arrived within a few days and I was very pleased with order. I ordered more goods and received text apologising that one item was out of stock. I was refunded immediately. The service was quick and efficient. I would definitely purchase items again. I also like that they are a family run Irish business.

First time ordering from Foy and Company and would definitely order again. My bottle holder is stunning and came packed with a lovely hand written note and was super quick delivery.

Service excellent. Ordered a rug received it but the quality is poor, wouldn't have minded paying that little bit extra to get a better quality rug with a deeper pile. It was for the lounge so will have a lot of traffic!! walking over it.
