Nathan came to complete our 1st service for our sprinkler system. He was professional and friendly throughout whilst carrying out the service with care in our house. He was happy to explain what he was doing and was able to answer any questions we had. Another great experience with this company who have staff with great knowledge and customer service. Tom came out to give us a demonstration of the sprinkler system. Explained everything clearly and concisely, and booked us in for our annual service, which was completed by Nathan. Again, excellent service and happy to answer any questions!

Tom completed a “customer care” visit to explain the workings of our residential sprinkler system.
Tom represented FPS very well by being punctual, enthusiastic and very informative. I liked the fact that Tom brought examples of the components with home and explained how they worked.
Tom was also considerate by wearing overshoe protectors in our new home.

Tom Visited my property this morning and in all of my years I have NEVER experienced such a professional person representing their company in such a professional manner. Had a bronze yearly service from Nathan as part of my rental tenancy.
Engineer arrived on time and completed in approximately half hour. Explained what the service was checking and how the system works.
Information was given to isolate internal and externally.

If I was to own a property with sprinklers in the future I would use FPS to service.

The fire system was installed in my new built house 2 years and a half ago. Booked for an annual check at a discount rate. Tested the pressure and make sure it works. Detailed report was received about 2 hours after the check. Good experience.

Toms was great at explaining in detail the sprinkler system we have in our home. He was friendly and professional throughout and was able to answer all of our questions which made us feel informed. He was punctual and treated our house with respect during the visit. Tom was able to be relaxed and personable and was easy to relate to. He is a credit to your company and we wish him well.

We had our sprinkler system serviced today by Nathan who did a great job, very respectful of our property with dust sheets placed on our carpet.
All the sprinkler heads were checked and a pressure test carried out on the system, good to know everything is working as it should be.
