Been 6 months but not Delivered yet


I am having the worst experience with FPV Faster. I ordered Darkstar 20 in the month of Jan 2025. It is now June and the item is still not delivered. First, FPVFaster team gave me july 10th (Yes, after 6 months) as the resolution date. Yet to hear back from them.
In the FPV world, this is my worst experience ever.

They refused to issue a refund stating 'we can issue refund only when we get our product back'.
I am sure it's not my fault if product is lost in transit. But they fail to understand this.
Frustrated to the core.

Disappointed

My daughter ordered “kill team starter set”for her boyfriend. Paid with my credit card but entered in a wrong digit first time. Somehow there was a security issue with it and she got an email to provide 3 types of documentation to prove my identity before they would ship the item. I had to contact them asking why I needed to provide these details when the money had been taken from my credit card. Had to provide evidence of this transaction in order for them to process the order. Despite the hiccup, the item arrived 3 days later which was good. However the package was damaged. Contents were fine though. Daughter was disappointed because it was a gift. When she contacted the company to ask what they could do, they blamed courier service and replied, “leave us a note on your next order and I’ll include some free stickers for you.” I’m a bit dissatisfied with that service especially for an Aussie company. I’d like to support locals but I don’t think we will be buying from them again.
