Excellent customer service

Disappointment at the availability of certain items.  Amazing natural materials and a great design customer service, on the other hand, was excellent. Delivery was quick, and the garment was incredibly comfy and well-made.

Look good but feet still cold

I love the look of these, but my feet are still cold even with two pairs of socks. Perhaps I brought the wrong style, but these did not keep me warm and for the price I expected a bit more insulation from the cold.

Good service

Good website, easy to use. Slight disappointment about availability of certain lines. Efficient delivery and product very comfortable and well made. On the expensive side but pleased with service and will probably use again.
