There is a problem with the detector that is a bit broken inside the lamp, I saw it after.
I tried to call you many times, impossible to have someone.

Spare part unavailable - refunding inconvenient
I only need to be sent a new light cover, as the original broke in the first attempt to remove it, to screw the lamp - one clam was out of place & the glass was stuck. For lack of spare parts we can't be sent a new cover. The proposal to be refunded after sending the whole product is not convenient, considering the time it took for assembly, installation and the fragility of the product. Please reconsider your approach on spare parts.
