Scammed by purchasing an expensive Philips clock and received a cheap Chinese model with wrong adapter!
I placed my first order with Rakuten for an expensive Alarm Clock from Philips - SmartSleep. I opened the box to find a cheap China made clock and a used adapter that does not even match this clock! I will not be placing a second order and hope to be reimbursed. Scammed.

Item was advertised as “new” by a Rakuten seller.
I received a used console with missing original factory screen protection foam.
This means the product had been opened and handled, so it was not new as described.
I requested a return under the Money Back Guarantee (“if it does not suit you”), but my claim was closed and not honored.
Very disappointed with how this situation was handled.
