I had an issue with my product and when i contacted the help service i spoke with EDDY who is an absolute legend and deserves a raise or a promotion because he was not only kind, attentive, proactive, understanding BUT he also followed up and provided me with SOLUTIONS and not HEADACHES so really Eddy is a fabulous fabulous member of your staff i am delighted with his assistance and your products so cheers!!!

Best vegan proteins I’ve ever had mostly taste wise. Tried probably 20 but these were far superior.

Fast delivery and clean package, all great!
I got the regular vegan shake, strawberry. It mixes very well just with cold water and has really nice earthy texture.
For the taste, you've got to try it for yourself of course. Personally, I loved it! Not too sweet, I'd say like a Lipton ice tea, and feel full of good stuffs while drinking it. Thanks a lot, definitely will buy again!

This is the first time I am using protein powder so I cannot compare with others. Overall all it seems to mix well with both water and milk and it is pleasant to drink. I think the flavor intensity could just be a little bit more to mask the sense of the powder.
My only complaint is that the package had a small hole in it and some of the powder was spilled during delivery.

Edit: Customer support was really concerned about this issue. They insisted on giving a replacement product even though I did not requested such a thing. I will definitely be shopping from them in the future.

Initially I had a problem with the delivery, I entered in contact and they answered me quickly and efficiently, they solved my problem. About the protein, it tastes sooo good, it was a very good surprise :)

The chocolate biscuit is great, works very well in protein pancakes too

I ordered 1kg of the Diet Meal Replacement Extreme in vanilla creme flavor. I love that the texture is thick even if just mixed with water (I put 300ml instead of 350ml). The vanilla tasted a bit like baby food at first, but I’ve come to love it. I’ve been using it as a pre-lunch snack but will now move to replacing lunch entirely. I will see if it’s enough to keep me full until dinner and help me lose weight. I ordered more flavors (banana and strawberries & cream) to try as well as the protein coffee cooler in matcha.

The order was received quickly, well-packaged, and met all requirements. Well done!

Super food breakfast bowl and replacement meal shake are my favorite , super delicious and very easy to prepare 😋

These shakes are very satiating which is why I keep buying them. For me, the flavors are too intense and too sweet. I would like a simple vanilla and a simple coffee flavor. Even the vanilla cream is too strong. Also good to use a blender or hand mixer else it is really lumpy.
