I will not be ordering from them again
I've frequently ordered from this company in the past and have been satisfied with their service. However, recently I've encountered several issues. The orders I've received have not matched what I placed. For example, I selected chocolate but received bananas instead, and my invoice also showed bananas. This mix-up has happened multiple times with both my partner and me. Additionally, the delivery service has become less reliable.
Now, I'm also experiencing issues accessing my account. Given all these problems, I will not be ordering from them again.

Strawberry and cream milkshake doesn't taste right
I've just received my order of the strawberry and cream milkshake. I've had it before, and really liked it, bug in this occasion the taste and colour indicated something wasn't right. I contacted customer service and was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they resolved the problem and sent me a new pouch which tasted exactly as it should. It's rare nowadays to experience such good customer service .

The product are amazing, the taste is really good, and the delivery is very fast, and I have one problem with the delivery and they send me a new item automatically and the service was very fast and I easy. It’s fantastic to see brand like that!

It Works for me!
I decided to try Protein Works after doing a but of research. I needed a product that I could get with no difficulty. I looked for desired ingredients. I tried it and was quite impressed with the taste and texture. I've just finished my first bag of powder and will continue to use the product because I've not experienced any side effects such as bloating or headaches weight gain.

Powder doesn’t dissolve well, there are still chunks even after shaking for quite a while, flavor (only tried banana) rather artificial, amino acid spectrum not ideal, could have more leucine.
