Have a Rust server with Fragnet for about 2 months now in their Stockholm location. Performance is smooth (according to players and fps of the server) and when I had issues with configurating automated wipe of the server as well as updating oxide, the support was always super helpful! +1 from me.
Some suggestions:
- Time for a website renew? It's quite old guys ;)
- Please give some love to the knowledgebase.
Lease a rust server for a month in the brazil location .. the server was lagged most of the days and during the wipe days (Thursday) the lag became unplayable .. to lighten the load I stopped the npc mobility but still the lag it was persistent .. contact was made repeatedly with customer service but the answers were the next day when the problem was no longer present .. my server had 7 plugins and a small map of 3300k ..
I did not manage to complete the month since the service is horrible

I have never rented a server before and I had many growing pains. but the support team over at Fragnet have done a AMAZING job guiding me through this. nothing but helpful, fast and clear responses and the prices are great. I haven't had any server connection issues.
I used FragNet to set up a modded terraria server and I couldn’t be happier with it. I was having issues setting it up myself and contacted them for help, they responded quickly and set everything up for me and I was on the server in no time.
Had BF4 servers running in the past with other provider but must say that Fragnet has to be the best out of the lot and will do what they can to help with install of plugins also gave me free procon to run the server.
I'm happy with the service.
As a beginner to running my own DayZ server the customer service folks have been fantastic and all of them deserve a raise for their patience and willingness to help someone learn how everything works.
I've submitted many tickets and each of them have been answered as quickly as they can and have either pointed me in the correct direction or did the work for me as and described my mistake since I got frustrated a couple times with mods not working properly.
If I could buy them all dinner I would, if you're a beginner like I am this is a great place to start!

Guys first of all I would give to 'Fragnet' 10 stars because they are precise with costumers to resolve problems and they give really good advice for future problems what we can expect. Soo there was one problem with 'Terraria' and one of the stuff supporters I think his name was Edin.S helped me with my problems, he was so fast like it was peace of cake for Edin.S, he gave me bonus advice like he was so dedicated, guys I highly recommend 'Fragnet' and this stuff supporter for every problem you have, you can easily search for help or any advice you need about tech, servers, mods etc.
I had problems with my dayZ servers but fragnet staff reacted lightning fast and helped me resolve the issue. Very reliable and proficient in what they do. Im grateful to God for showing grasp of light and guiding me towards them. I would give 10 out of 10 but Im limited to 5/5.

Poor service, poor support.
Everything starts off amazing but then after time you will see a massive decrease in service.
We hosted a Rust server with fragnet.net. After a month of our hard work they moved the server to a new machine meaning a new ip was issued. All our players were lost and we were set back by a month, We had constant lag issues almost all of the time and support was no help. A very poor service.
I've been fighting a serious wave of depression and stress and during my time offline from gaming one of my clanmates advised our dayz server was down.
evidently a big update from dayz came through and it screwed up our server. all the mods were messed up.
I didnt have the will to deal with the extensive mess that the update caused, so i reached out to Fragnet's service team, whom in the past i'd already had really great experience, but due to the scope of the issue i didnt expect much.
it was over the 4th of july weekend so naturally replies were a bit slower, and even though i'd given up almost immediately on the server, they didn't i even asked for them to terminate the service because i just assumed i was wasting their time with the big effort required to fix the server's issues, which by the way weren't even caused by them. instead of terminating the service, they kept working at it. even when i'd given up, they refused to.
there's a premium price on the servers monthly, but when the support was needed, it shined. this has honestly been a real soft spot in my week, when nothing else has been.

I have had several services from fragnet.. I can’t think of any 1 time I have had a real issue that has created any problems, you can mark the severity of your ticket, even when marked as low I have had a quick response.. had a small amount of lag at one stage, this was resolved quickly and efficiently. Even had follow up messages asking if anything had become worse. Deffo 5 stars from me.

Over the past years I have hosted a few (game) servers with Fragnet and my experience has been nothing but positive. I haven't encountered any problems with performance and their support replies quickly and has always fixed the issue almost immediatley.
This review is based on my experience with server for Battlefield 3, Minecraft and TeamSpeak all of which were hosted from Europe.
I strongly recommend to choose Fragnet, totally worth the money and their service is absolutely amazing!
I ordered a game server from this site and paid for it. Instead of a game server, I instantly got an email saying there was a delay with fulfilling the order and they'd be in touch soon. They did not get in touch.
Later I responded to the ticket asking what the issue was and if the server would be provided soon. They did not respond to that either. I then had to message them on Twitter to get any communication at all.
Finally, two days later, they replied to say they were out of London servers and I could either wait an unspecified amount of time, take a server in a different country, or have a refund. I got a refund and also told them it would be wise not to sell products they don't actually have, without at least notifying the customer before purchase that there was a stocking issue.
I'm giving them two stars instead of one because at least they swiftly processed the refund and cancellation. But realistically they shouldn't have rented me the server to begin with.
