I was desperate to have a sample identified. I got a few samples at the same time from a department store and I failed to label them. I went back to the department store, and they weren’t able to help ID what it was that they gave me. I asked Fragrance Navaeh if I could ship the sample to them and have them ID. They were able to find my fragrance in a few minutes and they had it in stock! Forever greatful for the service they gave me.
