Prices too good to be true. Sold a fake
It’s kind of shady that they hide all the true reviews on their site and leave all the positive ones. I’ve placed 3 orders with them and none of the orders stayed with me. Tbh I’m not sure why I even gave them this many chances. The last straw for me was them sending out a fake fragrance after having to wait more than a month. I guess the only positive thing coming from that was them “notifying customers to mitigate the issue”???

We are very sorry that you think our website's prices are too good to be true, but 10's of thousands of customers would disagree with that statement.
As far as the only incident in our history where we received a fake fragrance, immediately once it was brought to our attention we notified the distributor and they did research on this incident and it has not since then happened. Immediately once we found out about this, we contacted all customers and immediately provided them with a return label , a refund, and extra credit from our store.
We do our VERY best to source directly from authorized distributors, and this one time the distributor had gotten shared stock from another distributor and un-beknowing to them they shared that stock with us. This issue was immediately rectified and has never been encountered again.
As for the reviews, if you check our main place (Judge.me) where we have our reviews we do keep our 1-2-3 star reviews there for transparency.
Every company does make mistakes, but we go above and beyond to rectify the issue.
I'd like to reiterate the 1 time we did have an issue with inauthentic items it did not go unanswered as was immediately accounted for.

This is a bull shit company I'll never order from this establishment again. Pre ordered a fragrance and decided to cancel. These idiots charged me a 5% fee and the product never shipped. Luckily I'm not hurting for money and I can afford the fee. All I can say is buyer beware..... ILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SMALL BS ESTABLISHMENT.
