Great customer service!
Originally had a mix up with tracking and I was worried that this website might not be legit because I had never ordered from them. Joshua reached out personally to fix any issue I had and reassured me that I would be getting my order. I was impatient when waiting for a response from them but once Josh and I talked, i feel much better about the site and the legitimacy of it. Will update when I receive my package on quality! I don't recommend Fragrance11 from my experience
I order a cologne from here, arrived today, dirty with a red smear on the top of the bottle, and the top is broken. The bottle is also smeared with a sticky film. It was looks like a used/defective item.
I would not recommend buying from this company.

Worth the wait.

Fragrance 11 could not fill the original order for toilet water at a specified volume but called to ask if an alternative item at the same per ounce total could be filled instead. The courtesy of the call was exemplary for a substitution.

Received unusable product
Product (Bellagio by Michaelangelo) was either old or not stored properly - or both. Color was very dark and fragrance was nasty in a word. Not fit for use at all. Was returned for refund.

ADVISE: READ BEFORE YOU BUY
It was awesome to get the lipstick. I’ve been looking for it everywhere. As soon as I received it, I knew it was legit (I had never heard of this company before, so I was a little skeptical). I decided to purchase one (maybe 2) more as it has been discontinued. GUESS WHAT!!! Got back on the website to make my purchase and it had more than doubled in price. Contacted support, the answer… something around the lines of “prices change”. Not even two weeks later! I worked retail and was a marketing manager as well, so I get supply and demand, but doubled the price in such a short time? That’s insane.
If you find the discontinued product you’ve been looking for, consider buying more than one. If not, who knows what the price will be once you try to purchase it again.
Shipping was quite quickly and it was packaged well.
