This company cancels orders without any explanation. Then, they raise the price for the product purchased and ask you to place an order with the higher, more expensive price. Unprofessional.

Placed an order on the 16th of June, paid, never got a confirmation email, and now 4 days later found my order was cancelled with no notice, no email from vendor, no explanation… I only found out because I went to check my PayPal account to see if the money was taken out and voilà, transaction was canceled. At least they didn’t charge my account! Disappointed though, offers fragrances at good prices but doesn’t fulfill purchase.

I ordered Meteorite's "EAU D PARFUM" by Guerlain. You sent me the "eau d toilette" a much lesser strength. The eau d perfum I originally ordered is $300.00 "plus" dollars. Pls check your original advertisement for confirmation of price. I have my bank statement attesting to this payment. So you owe me money. I was hoping the eau d perfum would smell good, but honestly it was so faint and disappointing it lasted 3 minutes on my wrist. First time Guerlain has reacted this way. IAM very dissappointed. Please rectify.

I have looked for this fragrance a long time. There were lots of fakes, used and super expensive ones. I was delighted to find this, new and the real deal. Thank you!

Aside for the long processing delay (6-8 bdays), I received it the following week. I am happy with it nevertheless.

Great price, fast, accurate service. Not complicated, easy to use site. I haven't the time to spend endless hours searching a site for what I'm looking for, and I loved how simple it was to navigate, and their low prices sealed the deal for me! Better than Fragrancex.

I ordered two “Monsieur Balmain Type” products. Unfortunately, the U.S. Post Office delayed shipment, but The Fragrance E11EVEN proactively reached out and made it right.
They also included a sample scent which is just as nice as my order. I will be ordering more!
