I’ve been placing one large order every year, and I can honestly say I’m extremely happy with my experience. Around 95% of the fragrances I’ve purchased have been exactly what I was looking for—the remaining 5% simply came down to personal preference rather than the quality of the product.
Every order has arrived quickly, securely packaged, and in perfect condition. On the rare occasion I’ve had a question or concern, Gary has responded promptly and resolved it professionally, which gives me great confidence in shopping here.
One of the things I love most about FragranceBuy is the incredible variety of fragrances available. It’s a fantastic place to discover and explore new scents.
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to include a breakdown of the fragrance notes for each perfume—such as woody, smoky, jasmine, clove, citrus, vanilla, etc. That would make it much easier to understand a fragrance’s character before purchasing, especially when trying something new.
Overall, FragranceBuy has been consistently reliable, offers excellent selection, and provides great customer service. I’ll definitely continue buying from them and would recommend them without hesitation.

A good seller let down by logistical choices
Perfume arrived well packed and as described, but as the product so too is the experience part of my review.
They chose to send it with FedEx, signature required. Fair enough. Obviously many times these drivers are incompetent/unconcerned, and leave without even trying to go to your door. Nevermind that I have a perfectly good communal lockbox for the package.
So I request it to be held at a FedEx center, and I'm told fragrancebuy has made it a requirement that I sign, and I can't do that. So it fails to deliver again. At that point I just tell fragrancebuy thanks but no thanks and that if it doesn't deliver again then they can keep it, at which point someone finally replied and sorted it out.
Ultimately, I genuinely don't understand why they can't just ask you if you want a signature, or come up with some better method, because this is a very common and easy to see problem. Still, kudos to them for ultimately jumping in and helping me sort it out, but it was quite infuriating for the 3 or so days the saga lasted
