EDIT: They reached out saying they didn't receive my emails and hence didn't respond. I believe them given their packaging clearly highlights the customer first approach. In leaving the original review below so if others face the same issue, maybe reaching out via other social handles is an option to explore.
I've been shopping with them for almost a decade and have bought ~50 fragrances from them. Almost never had an issue. Their packaging states to get in touch with them if we're not satisfied for any reason. During my last order around black friday sale, they offered a free gift. The gift was a punctured tube of small shower gel. It can happen to anyone. However, they have changed the packaging protection from secured air pockets to simply paper. I wrote to them explaining what had happened with pictures, I did not want anything or any replacement since it was a free gift that was damaged, but there was no acknowledgement.
I bought another fragrance for almost 150 CAD last month. The fragrance was a tester, it's got everything right, except it doesn't smell like it should. Again, I wrote to them, and again, not to simply point fingers, but I said if a citrus-oud fragrance smells like a spicy rose fragrance, is my nose playing tricks on me or if they've come across anyone else who has the same feedback or if they could try it themselves and let me know. I got no response, I sent a reminder a couple of weeks later, saying I let the fragrance sit for a bit and it still smells the same, and if they could check, but as with last email, no response.
All the emails were sent to help email address (I can't put the complete address as trustpilot won't allow it)
I'll still keep buying fragrances from them for now, hoping these were odd incidents, but the trust is not the same anymore.
