Five star company
I missed UPS Friday july 3 -British Columbia, I was told to pick up the next business day (Monday). At 10 am Monday morning I received a notification it was being returned to sender in Ontario. Beyond frustrating, and completely disappointed considering it was my bday & eas my gift to myself.
Fragrance Canada, immediately sent it back once it arrived in Ontario.
I finally received my order today, July 16th. I will let it sit a couple of days before spraying it to let it settle after being in transit for over two weeks. I did open the cap to my discontinued Bvlgari Rose Essentielle EDP and it smells amazing thus far. Price was fair and I have high confidence that it will be just as beautiful as the one I purchased in store years ago. If I can update this in a few days after spraying it I will.

I have purchased from them several times. Always satisfied. Once, I bought a perfume but didnt like the smell of it, they took it back and refunded the money (honouring their refund policy), I had to pay only for shipping it back to them

I recently purchased a few perfumes when I stumbled across this website . I ordered and delivery was fast . I then ordered two more . I made an error on one and emailed customer service . They were quickly in it and were very pleasant it correcting my order . I will be a repeat customer . I will not be purchasing any where else . They sent out a lower grade product not the genuine one shown online
I ordered Calvin Klein CK Eternity EDT Spray (M) online, but the one I received turned out to be After Shave. They did not give any advance notice. It went from a light perfume to a skin product, and the scent is too faint. Very disappointed.
