The aftershave and all that was spot on but the spray bottle it was in started leaked after having it for about a day , very disappointed

This Is Total Genius
This is total genius. With so many aftershaves / fragrances on the market, knowing which one to buy without trying them is just impossible, and costly.
This idea is so simple, yet brilliant, you order small samples of what you want to try, and then you can go ahead and by the bigger versions.
I order a few, arrived super quick, really nicely presented in little bags and just overall a great experience.
Will use again, but well done for this idea, excellent!!

Disappointed
I ordered 5 samples as a gift for Christmas. When they arrived I wrapped the box and it wasn’t until opened on Christmas Day that it was noticed one ampule was almost empty. The top wasn’t on securely and it just have leaked. As I didn’t check them and email the company within 48 hours
they have said it won’t be replaced. Not exactly the customer service I’d expect following Christmas gift that was disappointing. Feel like I’m being blamed for damaging the bottle.

Just confirming, we do require customers to check the items for damage immediately upon receipt and to report any damage within 48 hours of delivery due to the delicate nature of some of the glass bottles used.
Once the item has entered the home, anything can happen, if it's been wrapped into a Christmas present anyone who subsequently touches it can't know that it contains delicate items and may not treat it as such. In this case, it was with you for two weeks before anyone looked at it. I'm sure, beneath your frustration, you can understand that this is a reasonable request.
We encourage Catherine and all customers to read delivery information prior to any purchase, and for this reason we format our delivery information as brief and succinct as possible.
