Easy lost and found system
I was so happy to find my last item thanks to Air France! It was very easy to put in a claim online and very quickly see that my item had been found. I went to CDG airport to pick it up, and it was easy to find, and the staff were lovely.

I found France Objets Trouves an amazingly simple, honest and efficient lost and found system. The French police sent me a letter clearly explaining the relevant details and it was easy to use the website to identify my lost wallet and make payment and delivery arrangements.

They already hinted I may have lost something!
I left my coat in plane as I was in a hurry to get the connection flight, and just when I arrived home I already received a mail I may have lost "something". So applied to the weblink, made an as accurate description of my coat and what was in the pockets and they confirmed my property. Good service! I understand they charge money for this service as it costs some work. I received a quote to ship it home which is also convienent as my coat and I were 600km separated.

My disappointment is due to the fact…
My disappointment is due to the fact that apart from the joy of finding my backpack, I realized that some things are missing inside. Now if you didn't take it, surely the flight attendants took it because they found the backpack in business class. It's a colored clay cat that I had packed with care, and some coins worth about 50 euros. All this is really muddy for the Airfrance company and its staff but it's possible that it's also muddy for your curious collaborators that opening the backpack they took my items, without considering the fact that I also had to pay for this service. Really all bad!!!!

Edit: you heard it here first ladies and gentlemen, they manage their emails once a week. Yet are on Tripadvisor hoping for 5*

Very Expensive and poor service
The price of the service is really excessive (12€ fees + 25€ for sending my item in Paris !) and the quality very poor. 4 days delays between expedition and reception, 6 days in total after payment. I received an email after payment saying my item would be delivered in 2 days, it took 6 days in total. 2 days to ship, 4 days to receive...without any delay notification, unacceptable

The 2 days delay is indicated in the terms of return.
It is the delay of preparation of your package, note that we ship many package per day so we need to organize it.
The 4 days delay is not our fault, you need to discuss it with Chronopost, we are not in charge of the delivery.
The 12 euros are managment fees, it included the search, the transfer and the keeping of your item.
The shipping cost includes the shipping but also the preparation of the package which includes a lot of ressources like the packaging and tracking.
All informations you need are in the mail "terms of return", check your mails.
