The company advertises an American address on the website and but when you come to make a return they send you a document with an address in China. They don't show up on the American businesses database and they didn't offer an American return label or address when asked. They insist returns must be made back to the warehouse or they can give you 75% store credit. I do not recommend buying from this store as they should by EU regulations stipulate conditions of their returns on their website. I have learnt the hard way but be careful when buying things online. I was looking for trousers for an event as on my haste bought them but soon realised they are poor quality and many items are the same type of clothes you would see on websites like SHEIN but the only difference is the price is marked up in comparison.

If you don't care about that i still cannot recommend a business that falsely advertises their store and business location and witholds information regarding returns, making it difficult for a customer to have their money back means the profit stays with them. This is considered malpractice!

Francis Laurent is completely dishonest. I requested a refund the day after ordering, and the parcel was never delivered — yet they refused to issue a full refund and tried to keep 25% of my money for no valid reason. Their own Terms & Conditions don’t mention any such fee. This is a scam-like operation — avoid at all costs. Do not shop here.

SCAM shop, do not order from them!

I made the mistake of ordering a dress. Firstly the dress was shipped from China ( something not stated on their website). Secondly, after more than a month the dress never arrived. When I contacted customer service they showed me a fake proof that it has been delivered. I have concierge and cameras in my building proving that it has never been delivered.
My money were not refunded.
A real Chinese scam shop - beware

Please don't buy anything on this web shop!!!! The quality is more than terrible !!!I wanted to return the awful item, but they replyed it's not possible ! A joke!!!
Never again. It's wait of money and time.

I ordered a coat for which I paid 70.00. It was delivered three weeks later. I could have bought a similar item in my market for 10.00. The quality and presentation were false. I am not going to return this item, because I do not want to spend one more euro on this sham company. Don't order from them EVER!!

It's a fraud company. I ordered three vests. I received all three but the looked entirely different to the product that I bought. Even worse, the quality was very bad. Plastic. If you wish to return the items that you bought, you have to pay the post fees. Also the company is in China.

Stay away from this brand.

Don't buy anything from this company! I ordered a pair of Birkenstock style sandals in gold. They sent me brown and they were made so badly they do not fit properly and didn't match the photo. THey asked me to return them, tracked at my own expense to China which would cost more than the cost of the sandals. So they have all of my money, sent me the wrong item and are refusing to help.
