Ordered their CBD capsules by…

Ordered their CBD capsules by mistake...they had “hijacked“ a site selling blood pressure remedies, by inserting their “order now“ button in to the article on blood pressure. Initially I thought I was ordering 1 bottle, but when payment was registered I realised I'd ordered 3. This was no doubt my lack of vigilance. Made them aware I wanted 1 bottle, not three (at that point I still thought they were for blood pressure) Was offered 25% discount to keep the product, rather than send 3 bottles back, and re-order. At no point was it mentioned that if I took the discount, the normal returns policy would be null and void. On receipt, I realised they were CBD. Asked to return, as is standard consumer right. They refused to accept and refund. Hence, spent neary £100 on a product I did not want. Deceitful company in my view, with no attempt to resolve a situation that came about in genuine error. Bottles were unopened, so no reason why they could not have accepted the return and then re-sold. Must be they are not confident of their product, though they will no doubt spin some tale of “cant trust they weren't opened“, even though they had a plastic seal on them.
