Constructive Feedback:
While my overall experience has been positive, I would encourage the shift coordinators to adopt a more transparent and communicative approach in handling shift allocation or reassignment. Timely communication and a fair allocation process in all services Frank and Partners covers. As this would help mitigate any potential issues among the field staff and ensure a smoother workflow.

Suggestions for Improvement:
In a rapidly evolving industry, it's crucial to address the challenge of retaining skilled agency staff. While the organization's social media recognition is appreciated, a more tangible and lasting method, such as free bonus sponsorship slots, could go a long way in motivating and retaining dedicated staff. Jazib, without a doubt, is an angel. Countless times, I have made errors with my timesheets, but Jazib has always been patient and understanding. He takes the time to explain my mistakes and provides guidance on the best way forward to ensure prompt submission. His encouragement and support have been crucial in helping me improve my timesheet management skills.

Frank and Partners have a motivated workforce with the required skills and experience that's why they are able to provide high quality service to meet the needs of the people they support.
One other thing I observe about Frank and Partners is that they provide their team members with constant training and inductions linked to their roles. Our own dear Jessica is always at her best to ensure improvement on performance to meet service needs.

They know how best to treat their staff. Good listeners. Especially a staff called Mathew.

A great company that bridges the gap between the Wellbeing of staffs and clients satisfaction. They present their staffs a platform for transformation and growth by ensuring upskilling in terms of trainings to meet up with the fast growing demands in the social care sector and enabling professionalism in carrying out their duties.
