Phone was as near new as you can get without being "brand new sealed in box"
Purchased a Nothing Phone 3 graded "Exceptional" from Frank Mobile recently. When the phone arrived I went over it with a fine tooth comb and needless to say I could not find a single visible flaw with the phone. I would hazard to say it was a as close to brand new sealed in box as you could get. For the price I paid I could not be happier. Delivery was super quick too. Had the phone in my hand in Perth within a day or two of dispatch. If you have any doubts about buying from these guys --- Don't. 5 ******
