After doing a lot of phone research I settled on the iphone 15 Plus through Frank Mobile. I bought a 'Good' quality wondering if I was doing the right thing ( rather than 'prime' ) The phone arrived in record time. The battery condition is above 90% and only tiny - and I mean tiny marks. This is saving about $400 on the recent retail Black friday sales on a new phone. Superb value and excellent customer service when I had some questions.

I had ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max around 3 months ago, the quality on arrival seemed fine, however recently I had gotten light water damage on it, of which I sent it back to get fixed as I paid for 2 year warranty. They declined, they sent the phone back WITH THE $80 SCREEN PROTECTOR MISSING. Keep in mind they didn't even open the phone, just sent me an image of the LCI. They also told me before I sent it in to erase the data on the icloud website, which I did to get it fixed and it turns out I don't even need to do that. So now I have lost all my important data for no reason whatsoever on my phone that I got repaired elsewhere for $300, and the phone repairer told and explained to me how I got scammed on this purchase due to half of the parts being NON GENUINE. WHICH PROBABLY EXPLAINS THE WATER DAMAGE? I am absolutely appalled by my experience with these guys, they have stolen my screen protector, time, and money on the purchase of the phone. I would very VERY strongly advise you do not go anywhere near this business as they had no sympathy whatsoever for the whole experience. $900+ out of pocket gone due to a crappy company. Thanks a lot.

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max in prime condition. When I placed my order I was expecting to receive the phone in a great condition with a minor scratch here or there. When the phone arrived I was amazed to find no scratches or any signs of damage, I can’t even tell it’s not brand new! I am extremely happy with it, the only thing that is slightly disappointing is that the prime condition guaranteed a minimum 90% battery health, and my phone arrived with 90% exactly. I would’ve liked it to be a little higher but it’s not a huge issue. I am still beyond happy with the quality of the phone for the price I paid. Highly recommend!

Bought a 15 Pro Max for $1600 in prime condition with 100% battery life. Great device. The only issue is the way the product was packaged. Please ensure the phone is bubble wrapped and the plastic that the device is within with the cardboard actually seals the phone. The first thing I did was drop the phone because the packaging is super deceptive, there should be no way for the phone to slide out. However the phone didn’t scratch or crack and is in pristine condition. $2000 products should be packaged extremely securely to ensure when unboxing no harm can occur. Thank you!

I purchased a new iPhone 15 pro max and an adaptor but only received the phone. Box looks old and made me worried that I might received a refurbished phone and didn’t receive my adaptor. Emailed them twice and still not hearing back. Really disappointed!

These are the dodgiest sellers. I bought phones from them. They issued a fake invoice . They were not registered for gst but they still charged me gst. I found out at they airport when they told me that they had similar issues with this seller before

So happy with my recent purchase of the Google Pixel 8 Pro! The phone was said to be in great condition, so I was expecting a few slight scratches visible to the naked eye here and there, but it literally looks brand new. I’d also purchased another phone from Frank Mobile a week earlier before realising that it did not meet my needs. Not only was the delivery super fast, but the phone came almost prestine. Minor scratches that can’t really be noticed.

I am super disappointed with my experience so far with Frank Mobile! I ordered an iPhone 11 that arrived promptly but with a battery that needed servicing and a battery health life of 77%. I asked to return for a replacement which Frank agreed to (apparently there is an 80% minimum guarantee). Unfortunately, they didn't have the same item in stock, so they added $30 credit to my account and asked me to pick something new. I chose and paid for an iPhone 12 Pro with express shipping on Wednesday, 10 April. Nearly a week later, I am still waiting on them dispatching the item to Australia Post. I have emailed and called but keep receiving excuses such as 'we are investigating internally' or 'it is awaiting collection from Australia Post'. Sometimes the number rings out and goes to a very dodgy sounding voicemail. I am, at this point, $750 out of pocket, waiting for a phone that never seems to arrive. Looking at other reviews of similar experience, I wish I had thought twice before using Frank Mobile for a refurbished phone.

I have recently purchased a phone through Frank, and was stoked that it had express shipping. I got my tracking number Thursday 14/03 and later looked that express shipping is classified as 1-3 business days. I checked the tracking on the Friday, Monday and Tuesday and it still hasn't left the warehouse, I have lodged a complaint with AusPost, however they can also not help as it is not even with them. It has now been 4 business days (and a whole weekend) and no movement on the delivery. I have contacted Frank mobile, and they keep resending me my tracking number and link, with no progress, or update. Still haven't had any progress or update on where the item is.
UPDATE- phone has arrived but not after 5 phone calls after not receiving the phone for a week, they had claimed the phone had been sent and the shipping just hadn’t been updated. I then demanded that they stay on the phone until the issue was fixed and promptly after this they then proceeded to say that they actually did not have the item I purchased in stock after reassuring me that it had been sent ( so in fact nothing had been sent for over a week, I’m not sure why this wasn’t just stated when the purchase was made?) They then said they would send out the next best one which was a different colour but it did have more storage, and then was received in a timely matter after the issue was fixed. However it could have been fixed the day the item was purchased instead of 8 days after purchase

Is working as a new phone, am very happy with it so far.
I haven't received my phone yet and the website advertises itself as express shipping in 1 to 2 days to CBD locations if you order before 12:30pm which I did.
I wish I looked at the recent reviews of this company as I would of avoided it at all costs and honestly just gone straight to JB HI FI to buy.
When you try and call it doesn't even go to hold, it goes to a voicemail which is very strange for a company 1800 number. I also had to ask for my shipping tracker number...and they gave it to me and it's 'pending' which I understand could be from bulk items scanned at the counter but due to the circumstances and reading all the reviews I feel as though they've just generated a tracking number without actually sending it. I wouldn't buy from these people again and I would recommend it. Go elsewhere. Seems like you have to complain to get what you bought? Severely understaffed is my guess.
I will update once I receive the phone.

Recently I needed to purchase a pre-loved iPhone for my daughter. I only needed to spent a short while online, exploring the phones available, because the the Frank site is both intuitive and well set out. I chose a 'mint' iPhone 12 Pro with 512GB memory. The phone arrived within the week, even though I live in regional NSW. The phone was in perfect condition ... just as it was described. When I need a pre-loved phone for myself, I know where I will going ... to Frank.
