Return goods from ex Germany not free house
The goods I ordered arrived promptly. As they do not fit me I want to send them back. There was no return label added to my parcel. It took several calls and a mail before I got it. But I have to pay the cost of the return of the goods. Even my offer to send the goods back from Germany would mean I have to pay the delivery cost. I find this not right, German customers can send their goods back with no cost!

Beautiful products... but need to optimise delivery abroad
Lately, I ordered a jacket just under 100 euro, so I needed to add a small add-on item to be able to order the jacket. They delivered the small add-on item (with 9,95 euro postage to NL) but refused to send me the jacket (while it was still available on their webshop). Apparently, the jacket was not in the warehouse but in one of the stores (how would you know that as the customer?). Finally, I was left with a small add-on item that I didn’t need (+ 9,95 delivery costs). Frankonia let me know that they are working to solve this problem. They also offered a complementary delivery for my next order.

Not happy at all
Not happy at all. Returning my blouses I really had to search, discovering I had to pay , living in Holland. So buying blouses for 150 euro I had to pay 2 x 10 euro. Trying to call customer service, the number was not available. So I called the office and the man did not speak English.
Right now, after 3 weeks still no money back.

Medium-quality support in English, website stock status faulty.
The customer service operatives don't speak English. However, they did find someone who did that could ring me and inform me of the status of my order so I changed this originally one star review to 4 stars. Unfortunately, also they don't reply to emails (in German or English) so I'm revising this review to Poor.

we are sorry we could not answer you right a way und you couldn´t speak to someone in English. We do have staff that speaks foreign languages. But you are right, not everybody in our customer service does.
Your order was placed 4 days ago. Yesterday three articles left our stock. They should be delivered to you during the next week, depending on the delivery company.
One article is not in stock at the moment. At the moment we are checking if we can get it back in stock again and how long this will take us. We will come back to you in this topic.
