I've now been contacted by Kotte & Zeller and they have refunded the wrong product I was sent. I appreciate the quick and correct handling of this case (after all). See my initial review below:

Made my first order a few weeks ago including a scope mount and some pellets. I was after the US made Crosman pellets so ordered those. The picture they have is of the US ones and "manufacturer information" on their site also states the same, so that's what I thought I was going to get.

To my disappointment I received the new Spanish made pellets which are definitely not the same product and for which I have absolutely no use. Some might say it's only a box of pellets, but it's the principle. If I get sent a wrong product I expect to get the right one or a refund.

I contacted Kotte & Zeller right after. It's now close to two weeks since and I haven't heard a thing from them. Luckily they got two out of three products right, so I guess I'll just take the hit and not order from them again.

Very fast shipment! And easy to find and search in the webshop. Will definitely buy from Kotte&Zeller again. Happy consumer from Sweden.

so in 2012, I needed outdoor gear—good quality, but affordable—and Kotter & Zeller totally came through! That shop made so many hikes and trips possible, like my Kyrgyzstan trek and backpacking in Africa. I even have a scarf from them that's been to 65 countries! Seriously, best shopping experience ever. Their support is incredible, always ready to help. They're super trustworthy, and I owe them a huge thanks.

Ordered an item and an accesory for this, accesory name mentioned universal….
Part does not fit so contacted customer service via the web form, no reply.
Now reading the reviews I see a trend, all happy reviews from people when they have no issues but as soon as someone makes use of customer service the reviews are low.
Think I will need to accept my loss of 20 euro for the wrong part, they probably know customers will not make this into legal affairs.
Just here to warn people that their customer service stinks.

The buying experience was very nice, the site is very clean and easy to navigate and the order as well as the age verification process works flawlessly.

I ordered 4 scale models, one of which the magazine was stuck and one of which the scale was completely undersized. Sent in a complaint. They replied the magazine was able to remove: in other words they are calling me a liar. Regarding the scale model that is way to small they wrote they would check and if needed the items description would be altered. What good is that to me? I ordered a particular scale and they sent me a wrong scale. No effort what soever to resolve both complaints. That is sad, extremely sad.

I got the order items in good condition. I had problem with payment and the support team replied my fast, I got the necessary information, help. They sent the goods by DHL very well packaged.

Everything delivered as expected. Age Verification System and delivery took a while though.

Fast shipping. Quite pleased.

Very reasonable prices and wide range of products. Special shout out to the customer service team, very responsive and great attitude towards the customers.

I bought an airsoft gbb replica from them, it was cheaper than other shops, fast delivery, I advise them!

Kotte & Zeller is only for fast money by sale. Aftersale they never heard of. They don't like foreign people and always tell being cheapest over Germany. We have a lot of Europe and even with higher costs for shipment, sometimes (50%) it's cheaper in another country. I must have bought for about 5.000 Euro. Got some leaking mags and trying for weeks to get other ones. They never reply. Best - NEVER EVEN DO BUSINESS WITH THEM GERMANS AND LET THEM BE HAPPY WITH THEIR GERMAN CUSTOMERS. "Versandrückläufer" never buy a single one. You might have to send it back with the excact same issues it was sent back before. They just keep sending until they found some person to keep it. In mine it was damaged and the pellet was still inside. (nothing like repaired and checked) time in between selling it and selling it again is about 4 weeks.

Very good products, with a fair price-quality ratio, seriousness. Professionals.I'll be back!
