Update: this case has been corrected by the company

I've now been contacted by Kotte & Zeller and they have refunded the wrong product I was sent. I appreciate the quick and correct handling of this case (after all). See my initial review below:
Made my first order a few weeks ago including a scope mount and some pellets. I was after the US made Crosman pellets so ordered those. The picture they have is of the US ones and "manufacturer information" on their site also states the same, so that's what I thought I was going to get.
To my disappointment I received the new Spanish made pellets which are definitely not the same product and for which I have absolutely no use. Some might say it's only a box of pellets, but it's the principle. If I get sent a wrong product I expect to get the right one or a refund.
I contacted Kotte & Zeller right after. It's now close to two weeks since and I haven't heard a thing from them. Luckily they got two out of three products right, so I guess I'll just take the hit and not order from them again.
