I had my appointment at a London We…

I had my appointment at a London We Works branch and it was great. Aniko was lovely and professional. But then my emails were being spammed with generic emails about missing my appointment (when they had my scan and everything?), a random call invitation put in my email diary without even checking that I was available (I found it a bit pushy) and on top of that they hardly ever answer the phone! I called with a very simple question about the retainers that the guy on the phone had trouble understanding (I still don’t have a clear answer) and I called three times today and not one call was answered. I’ve decided to go with another company (it’s a bit more expensive) which is unfortunate because Aniko really sold it to me, but I’m not willing to spend money on a product I’m not confident in with zero customer service. As far as I know, there isn’t even any aftercare or any sort of guarantee that the treatment will be successful, other companies have smile guarantees... (maybe if someone answered the phone I could find out lol?)

I'm not normally one to write a review…

I'm not normally one to write a review on a company but after becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of response from FrankSmile I wanted to share my experience.
Initially the service was great. I received my molding kit quickly and sent it back.
Then the delays started. There was an issue in confirming whether my molds had been received. When they finally did they took ages to get back to me and I had to chase a few times.
I eventually received my detailed plan and had a call the following day with FrankSmile to discuss this.
I was pleased with the plan and paid all the money up front.
This is when the delays and contact with FrankSmile really went downhill. I was initially told my kit would arrive within 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I chased this by email but had no response. I chased a second time and was told the shipment was on its way to me. A week later and nothing had arrived so I contacted FrankSmile again to get the tracking number only to be told that the kit hadn't actually been shipped and was still in the warehouse and I would be updated. Another 3 days passed without word from FrankSmile so I contacted them again. After no response I sent another email asking for someone to call me. Two days later I received an email to say the shipment was in the UK fulfillment centre and I should get the kit in 2 days. I waited another week and still no sign of the kit. I emailed another 2 times with no response so called the office myself. This was chased and I eventually received my kit 10 days later.
I was promised I would get an email from them to discuss some form of compensation for the delays and time i had to spend chasing but surprise surprise I have not heard from FrankSmile.
Hoping this review might prompt them to contact me.

I'm on my 6th pair of aligners

I'm on my 6th pair of aligners, can definitely see how my teeth moving. Everything going smoothly from very beginning. It took less than month to get my order. Costumer service is very helpful and quick to respond. Thanks Franksmile for giving me a chance to have perfect smile!

i had a initial consultation based in…

i had a initial consultation based in Birmingham town centre. (I believe it may have been Remi, I am unsure but the lady was lovely and comforting). after visiting a dentist in Knowle and being quoted £3000 for invisaligns, I thought I would give these guys a go even thought I was slightly sceptical, however the scan of my teeth was far better than that from the dentist as the image is an actual scan of your teeth as opposed to a animated 3D scan as in the dentist. they also take pictures when you insert the mouth guard to widen your mouth so the teeth are visible which I think is great.

it was all sent to an orthodontist to confirm If I am able to go ahead with the treatment, but due to calculus I was advised I could not start straight away and told to have a good clean and come back in a few weeks to start again. I was really pleased with the advice given, you can tell that this is not something where they try to take your money from you!! I was quoted an excellent price as well and can pay in instalments interest free for 12 months which was exactly what I was looking for.

the only downside is that there is no teeth whitening at the end of the treatment which is why I have given them 4 stars.

however everything was explained and shown to me. I cannot wait to come back to start my journey with you to a better confident smile! they even give a little goodie bag at the end which I think is lovely! if you are sceptical or in doubt, I 100% advise you give frank smiles a chance!

So far... So good!

Hated my smile for years, but always been priced out of having braces. I saw an advert for Franksmile on Facebook and thought I would give them a try. So glad I did.

The impressions kit came quickly, looked the part and had easy instructions to follow. Sent them off and within 2 weeks I had received a plan which showed before and after images of how my teeth would look. Shortly after receiving the plan, I received a phone call from Franksmile and was talked through the plan in detail and the next steps should I want to continue. Never at any point did it feel pushy or forced.

I decided to go ahead with treatment and selected a finance option - firstly its interest free so why not. And secondly, as a bit of security should the company turn out not to be as expected - I would have been able to cancel the payment plan and wouldn't have had to pay out a large sum up front. There was no reason to worry - the retainers arrived bang on time as quoted. I am only on my first set, and although there isn't any visible changes (far too soon) I can definitely feel something happening!

Look forward to seeing the end results, and would definitely recommend this company. Top service from start to finish.

I was told I couldn't have the treatment done considering the way that their orthodontist found I had gum illness. It's supporting to acknowledge you are in safe hands and that a guaranteed orthodontist reviews your impressions. I'm having this treated now and might want to start my treatment after!

Good service in store and effective product

I visited Franksmile in Manchester to get a consultation on teeth straightening and got a really good service. THey scan your teeth with a 3D scanner and then show you what they'll look like after the treatment - it was really clever! I've started the treatment now at a pretty good price and so far it is going well - no pain and I can see my teeth moving towards where they should be already lol

Good product and good follow-up

I've now started the 8th set of aligners. Everything went well so far, only issue was a bit of delay with production of the aligners but I have to say the quality of the actual product is very good in comparison of what I've seen other people using, also I managed to do my impressions right at the first time so was quite proud about that one. The aligners are very transparent and their slight flexibility makes them comfortable - had a friend using another company and they seemed to "suffer" more.
I can clearly see good results and after care has been very good, Franksmile does not give up on you after selling you the product, they follow up religiously after every change.

Scam

Received my impression kit promptly, I sent back with my pictures within a couple of days- on 17.09.19 I Received an email saying they had got my kit but no pictures, so I sent my pictures over to the email provided (2nd time sending pics) I then got an email saying thank you we have received your pictures we will be in touch.
Over 2 weeks later I had still heard nothing back so emailed again to get an estimate for my treatment plan only to be told they “didn’t have my pictures” so for the THIRD time I sent over my pictures and was told they would be in touch in 7-10 days with my treatment plan. It’s now been another 2 weeks and I’ve still heard nothing and my emails have been ignored. Absolute scam.

Two and half month in the treatment

I wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review in order to verify if it is working or not. Well good news it is working.
I have a 7 months treatment plan and so far I can see and feel the movement with my front teeth overlap being basically gone but there also will be more work to do especially with the bottom teeth. I would not say it is painful (but pain is very subjective I imagine), for me it feels more like having sore muscles after a gym session on your teeth for about 2 days (at every change). It has also been surprisingly easy to sleep with them.

I've decided to go with Franksmile for one main reason: one of my friends had a bad experience with a competitor (nothing damaging but they've lost an aligner and got no support to get another one made) and based on the reviews around the web, it seemed that Franksmile was the best regarding follow-up and customer service. So far very happy with the interactions with the team, they do follow up with my treatment biweekly and take the time to answer all my questions.

I've recommended the treatment to two friends so far (£100 referral scheme hehe) and would also recommend it to more people!

Worth the pause!

Worth the pause!! It took by and large over 2 months all the way to get my aligners and start fixing my teeth. I can't state it is a simple procedure, however since I am partially through the treatment, I can say it merits the pause! I will be done before my wedding and will just need to wear retainers around evening time at this point, so the photos should look great. I likewise as of now observe the progressions and albeit each difference in set of aligners causes a touch of distress in the primary couple of days, I can possibly suggest if like me you can't bear to have supports as a grown-up.

Highly satisfied.

So I after spending hours to check every information I could get on Franksmile and other competitors, I chose to order my impression kit, which arrived incredibly fast. Unfortunately I messed up two times, on the third one I asked for my partner help. We could do it correctly at the first try, sent it back, got the treatment plan after a while. We set up the payment plan, and shortly after it has been confirmed my aligners started being made.

The waiting time was long a bit, took approximately 6 weeks, but can I just take the opportunity to highlight Julia in the Customer Service Care Team. She always answered, most of time on the same day, twice if it needed, never lost manner, even when I became inpatient and suspicious a bit. If she was not there, probably I would have cancelled the whole thing because of the long waiting time. But she was amazing. Wiped away every concern I had. (Also I would like to suggest to send people kept on waiting, weekly updates, maybe? Can be just a few words how is the process going, just for the piece of mind).

So I got my aligners a few days ago, I read the leaflet carefully, brushed and flossed my teeth, and after that I immediately put them in place. I am not gonna lie, it hurt like hell in the few first hours, and a bit in the next day, but I am on the third day now and I barely notice they are in my mouth. It is definitely working, and anyone who reads it, don't worry about the pain. It could happen with every braces and aligners, the difference is, it is invisible.

So far I am satisfied, the only thing bothers me a bit, I got a slight lisp. Which is funny, because I work on the phone all day. It slightly started disappearing, but I have to practice a bit before i go to work.

I have a bit difficult case, because it will last for 10 months on the upper jaw, and 6 on the lower. But I really think and believe all of this will worth in the end. Thank you make it possible for me.

Aniko’s service was excellent. She was very understandable, her explanation was so clear, she was friendly and I felt 100% comfortable by talking with her. I really liked the way she went through about my teeth to align or how franksmile helps people to have perfect straightening teeth. She also advised me to hygiene and clean my teeth by dentist at least once or twice a year to have stronger and good teeth. I would definitely come back to Franksmile to purchase their service soon or near future.
