Excellent service!

Excellent service!
I had some doubts about the treatment but they resolved all my concerns and understood my needs perfectly.
They are highly professional.
Because of my job I can't go to regular check-ups and they do a personalized follow-up without having to go back and forth to the dentist.
This is really very different from a few years ago. At last I will have the smile I want and also for a very affordable price.
A few days ago I received my aligners and I am excited to see on me the final result.

They just want your money and will lie to you!

Be careful with them. Before you pay they will be the nicest ever. Quick replies, very nice and kind! Once they've secured your money, they don't care anymore and do whatever they want. Don't let the excitement allow you to be fooled by them like I did. Like many others here, I was also told I'd be getting my aligner within 3-5 weeks. That's past and they asked me for another 4-6 weeks "because my case is more complex than usual". Reading their reply to other reviews complaining about the same issue I learned they actually had problems with a supplier. I am not even surprised they lied to me since it's not the first lie. They never forget to ask you for their payment, in my case, earlier than when it was due, because they're that crazy after money! You must meet your part of the agreement, but they reserve the right to don't give a s* and do whatever they want. I wouldn't be surprised if they asked me to wait an extra 5-7 years.

We did experience some logistic issues and we were transparent about it to anyone affected; while the result is here also a delay, your case is indeed more complex than usual and we want to make sure that the final treatment is successful (even to the cost of an initial delay in production).

I'm too excited to wear my transparent gutters! I'm super complexed by my upper teeth are too advanced, I think Franksmile is a good compromise for my wallet and to change my smile! Super service.

Really great so far!

I spent some time looking at the different companies offering adult braces and a family friend recommended I use Franksmile. I received my impression kit really quickly and found the instructions really clear, my girlfriend helped me to make the moulds and take the pictures which really helped. I have just received my treatment plan and am looking forward to getting started, I have hated my smile for years so can’t wait to see the end result.

With regards to the impression kit I followed the correct instructions and I don’t think I would like another one to be sent. I would prefer a refund why is it so hard for you to offer my money back instead of having to resend me the kit?

So far so good...

I had been thinking about braces for a while but could never afford them. Then I saw an advert for franksmile. I did a little research and thought why not. I initially went for the smile kit but after messing that up I was sent another free of charge. Then Julia (who has been excellent) informed me of the new store that had opened in London. I opted for this as it would be more accurate. The people in the shop were both friendly and I was pleasantly surprised when they said I was eligible. I then spoke to Julia who answered all my questions about my treatment plan and decided to go for it. Was told the aligners would take 4-6 weeks which was expected and they arrived within 5 weeks. Just put the 1st set in so fingers crossed. I will post later in my journey.

Overall a positive experience thanks to the service and the aligners are truly invisible. What I got from the journey is that the impressions are really harder to get right than they should, so that delayed me in getting the aligners when I really wanted them. Other than this, the guy who is taking care of my case has been nice and reactive so far. Now that I am on my third set I can see a small difference in my smile already and will update this review when I am further down the line on the treatment. I recommend for sure.

Great experience so far.

I went to the local studio to get measured. It’s close by so super convenient for me. Much appreciated the effort of the team to make me feel welcomed and comforted during the whole It went all in a breeze and I just got my aligners today. Was it super fast? No. But I also didn’t expect that. I rather wait a bit longer and get a perfect product. After all those aligners are bespoke to my teeth and I want them to be in perfect order!
I love the concept of the business, I‘m aware there are others bur for me this was a great experience so far and the most convenient.

I will revisit my review once I‘m done and the procedure will be over.

UPDATE: No reseponse. OLD TITLE: Good so far, but not highly convinced. Support to be improved.

UPDATE:
So everything was going good. However, I had an issue with my top aligner n.6. They told me to go back to aligner n.5 while they figure out how to solve my problem but they stopped replying to my messages. Reading the latest reviews here on Trustpilot makes me think that I should probably give up the assistance I need. The only positive thing that I have all my aligners until the end of the treatment. No problem with my bottom aligners (and hopefully I won't have any) and the problem I am having with the top aligner is not too bad (I think).
I feel sorry for all the people who just paid in full and will not receive any aligners.

PREVIOUSLY.
The aligners themselves are great. Perfectly invisible (hard to spot even if you tell someone you're wearing them). Not uncomfortable (at least less than traditional metal braces). The differences between each pair are very subtle, but something is definitely moving. Compared to traditional braces, each pair of aligners focus on specific teeth sets so you don't have your entire mouth in pain.

Now, why three stars? The aligners themselves are good. However, I am not entirely satisfied by Franksmile.
I would like to mention the fact that out there, there are more competitors than I thought (I am receiving lots of adverts recently), and there are some that are a little cheaper or offer more for the same price (free dentist consultation and/or teeth whitening products).
What Franksmile offer is very basic, they get you a treatment plan, send you the aligners, and that's it. Which is somehow good as you don't have to bother going to the dentist constantly, however, I expected the support to be a little bit better.

First of all, I got my 3D scan at the office/shop in London. I thought i was going to be visited by a dentist but instead, there were just the manager and a dental assistant who wasn't entitled answering any medical related question.
Secondly, I had some problems with my delivery. When I placed my order, they told me that the aligners were going to arrive in 3/4 weeks. After 4 weeks, I receive a call from Franksmile telling me that my order was lost (along with others because of issues with the courier), they told me that they preferred to call to apologise as it was nicer and they offered me a discount/reimbursement for the trouble. However, no one contacted me again. I recently contacted, the support asking about what happed about the discount they promised me and they just told me that there were no delays at all as it usually takes 6 weeks to get the aligners (mine arrived around 5 weeks after the order placement) and that they usually don't offer discounts. Of course, not really a big deal, but the whole experience was a little bit weird and not very professional. Also, I would like to add that while exchanging messages with them, they told me twice (on different occasions) that they would call me, but they didn't.
Lastly, I am still not sure about my aligners, I saw the retainer pairs and they look a little bit different from the 3D image they sent me before placing my order. I can't tell if my concerns are valid at this stage, but still, no one from Franksmile answered my questions. Since I have already paid for the whole treatment, I will continue and see how my smile will be.

Overall, if I could go back in time, I would take more time evaluating the different offers out there.

Safe hands, great teeth

Had last orthodontic treatment as a teenager and chose not to finish it due to negative experiences with moulds and mouth bars and the dreaded elastic bands. Have always regretted not finishing it and having seen an advert for Franksmile at work thought I’d enquire. Received great communication and excellent guidance through the whole process and was reassured this was my chance to fix the teeth I couldn’t face doing earlier. Franksmile guide you through the process, making it clear and simple and I have recommended their services to a few colleagues who went through similar orthodontic dramas. If you’re considering improving your teeth and smile and want a hassle free, simple way of doing it, then give Franksmile a shout. Post treatment I was politely asked to leave a review, however I had found the experience, and I am happy to do so if it helps spread the good word. I have been conscious about my crooked…

I have been conscious about my crooked teeth for as long as I can remember and decided to send for an impression kit and just see how it goes. The kit came quickly and any questions I had were replied to quickly and professionally. I sent the impressions back and then received my 3d scan and a phone call to talk me through the results - which really helped me to be honest. After this, I placed my order and waited. This is the only negative thing I have to say so far, I would have liked regular communication with order updates but I had to chase after 5 weeks. To be fair, I was told the aligners would be with me in a couple of weeks and they came that same week.

So..... only on the first aligners but so far, so good. I felt so ridiculously conscious at first and barely spoke to anyone at work the first day. How stupid I was as nobody has noticed. I am really surprised how quickly I have got used to wearing them and to be honest, I prefer them in my mouth than out - this is because my teeth are aching when I eat but I have been told that will happen for the first couple of days while my teeth get used to each set of new aligners. I don't mind, as it means something is working! Only 4 days in and I forget I've got them in!

Up to now the process have been amazing and I can't wait to start seeing results - my treatment will take 10 months, so lengthy to some on here, but it will be worth the wait to finally smile and laugh without being conscious!

I will update again, once I'm a good way through the treatment to show people it really does work and it's worth it!

Great if you're not in a rush

Impressions kits arrived quickly and was fairly easy to use, though I messed up the first impressions. Luckily you get enough stuff to have a few attempts.

Sent back and received my treatment plan with 3d images of my teeth promptly, and had a call with "Fred" to discuss. I set up a payment plan and was told I should have the aligners within a month. 5 weeks later I chased and was told they were about to be dispatched. Still nothing so chased again and was told definitely with me within two weeks. Two weeks later chased again and told another date. I began to think I might have been scammed and sent a pretty angry message via WhatsApp, then a day or two later I had an email confirmation that they had been sent. In total they took about two months to arrive which I would have been OK with had I been proactively kept in the loop.

The aligners are brilliant and the fit is good. I had a slight lisp for the first day but I soon adjusted to wearing them. I'm on my second set of aligners and, although I can't really see the difference yet, I can feel that my teeth are moving. They really ache for the first couple of days as they adjust to new aligners.

Basically I do think they are really good, as long as you don't mind waiting ages for delivery. I should also mention that Franksmile did give me two refunds of £50 (which they proactively emailed me about after my aligners arrived) to say sorry for the wait and for having to chase.

I went through the shop in Manchester and the staff was nice and the process easy (although getting your teeth scanned is a new experience). Got a call from Johnny a few days later and I am now waiting for my aligners... happy with the process so far, although it is a new way of doing things I feel confident from visit their shop and having someone calling me to explain the next steps.

Pushed for positive reviews

3D scan appointment was fine, although I have been asked to leave 2 trust pilot reviews, once which was during my appointment so it makes me question how many of these reviews have been pushed for? They are a new company who want to promote themselves and I get that but still felt a bit pushy. I was scanned twice in the appointment due to errors and I've just had an email saying I need to go back to Manchester for a further scan as there was another error... not feeling 100% sure whether to go ahead now. Just wanted to let people know that some of these reviews have been written under pressure.

Happy in the end

Happy in the end. I had to go through a delay before receiving my aligners (and I think I was not the only one) but I got proactively communication and discount. In the end I have the aligners now and I am on the third set - somehow I see progress and the quality of the product is great (my wife tells me she can't see them when I am wearing them).
I recommend for the price and quality!

I've started the process in April this year. It's nearly mid September, I've paid for the service, and I still didn't receive my aligners.

I'm been trying to contact them via email, FB and still no luck. An automated email is saying to wait for 'Ebony' to answer my email in 2 days. It's been 5 days, second email sent and still no answer.
