The arch is great
The arch is great, just as described. I would have give 5 stars but our delivery date was much delayed.
That said customer services respond quickly to all enquiries and the arch is perfect.

Delayed delivery but beautiful
A little over a week after purchase I emailed for an ETA as I had heard nothing.

Complete absence of any information…
Complete absence of any information about delivery after order placed. I had to keep chasing to find out what was happening. Then, when it was delivered only 1 of 2 parcels for each of the 2 rose arches ordered were delivered. So I then had to chase again. I am still waiting. However, since writing that comment Franktons have made contact and explained the cause of the delivery issue. They have been very apologetic and extremely helpful in arranging for the missing items to be delivered.

Very pleased with our obelisk, as previous remarks, a bit fiddly, really need two people to put together. Only given 4 stars as had to chase up on delivery, although that could have been from the courier company not delivering on time, as after contacting Frankton's we received it next day.
