Used to think they were amazing..! I only have one small complaint, they seem to run out of stock of certain items & have no idea when they will be available again (Jasmine diffuser) maybe you could have a notification option your website when stock is available again so we don’t miss out.

Lovely scented products that are exactly as described. Fast and efficient service. Have given as gifts and also use myself. Reasonably priced and excellent quality. Just lovely.

Wax melts are to die for. Top quality and smell amazing! I first tried the Reed diffuser while I was at the Tatton flower show a couple of years ago. I’ve been hooked ever since. I even bought them for friends who now get monthly delivery of their wax melts.

Since discovering Freckleface, its hard to settle for anything less or any other sort of candle or wax burner. The fragrance is exceptional and non-intrusive yet pleasant and of the best I have had the pleasure of experiencing.

Products smell absolutely phenomenal. However, even more impressive than the products themself was the stellar customer service. I had an issue with getting my order delivered in time for my daughter in law's birthday and they made sure this was a possibility. Love the brand and delighted to have discovered it. The smell is making lockdown bearable.

I love all the fragrances. My particular favourites are the soya wax melts, they smell amazing and last for ages!!

I have used many wax melts and can honestly say that Freckleface make the best. Their aromas are lovely and strong. Excellent customer service. I wouldn't use any other company now and have subscribed to the monthly wax melt club.

I was first introduced to Freckleface through being given a gift of the wax melt burner and box of 10 melts. The melt selection available are amazing, definitely something for everyone! The burner is just the right size without being imposing and the amount of scent from the wax melts is unbelievable. I have signed up to a regular monthly subscription (it’s cost saving) and highly recommend this product and business to all👌😍

I’m in love with freckleface my husband bought me a set of wax melts and a burner and the smell just goes on forever lasts so much longer than others I have tried. And smells amazing. I have since bought a few sets as gifts for friends and family

The wax melts are the most deliciously scented ones I've come across - i was given a set as a gift and now i only buy these. The quality is outstanding and the scent really does last and last - lovely handmade items and I'm proud to be supporting another UK family run business at the same time as enjoying the products they make! :))))

I'm so pleased to have found Freckleface. The fragrances of their wax melts are absolutely gorgeous and long lasting, and just as described. 5 stars for their products and for their excellent customer service and great value for money. Highly recommended on all counts.

I came across Freckleface at a garden centre when I purchased their wax melts. I can honestly say they are the best melts I have ever used. The smells are amazing and last two or three burns.
I then looked the company up online and just ordered another supply.
I will definately be ordering from them regularly and will include their products in gifts as I had never heard of them and would love my friends and family to try them.
I would highly recommend!
