Every item freckleface sell is beyond amazing. My house smells absolutely divine, for Christmas I gifted each family member a gift box from here and every one of them has asked for the website so they can buy more of their wax melts.
The staff go above and beyond to make sure you get the right smell you are after and they always have a smile on their face.
I swear by freckleface and have since stopped using more commonly known candle/wax melt brands

I came across Freckleface at a fair 2-3 years ago and bought some wax melts. They have such lovely fragrances that I have been buying them for myself and extended family/friends ever since. Candles are gorgeous too.

I love all the Freckleface products, and everyone I have given a gift to feels the same. For me the natural non synthetic fragrance and that they are not tested on animals is a massive win!
Also the ladies in the shop are lovely especially the lady with the short brown hair so sorry I can’t remember your name!! X

Having been introduced to the wax melts by my daughter... these are the best fragrances I’ve found... they make the house smell so good.... the online service is brilliant... love the winter tube of little melts! Will be buying regularly .

I can’t rate this company enough. The wax melts are divine - addictive! And once the shops can re- open I would highly recommend a trip to the Stamford shop. It’s small, but very beautiful, and the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. During lock down I have used the online service which is very efficient. I highly recommend them.

Was first given freckleface wax melts and burner as a gift from my granddaughter.
They smell amazing and the fragrance lasts really well. I have since treated myself to additional boxes. Great choice of fragrances to choose from and unlike some other melts there's none of that candle wax smell. Beautifully made and presented.
I have tried other makes but they leave me disappointed. I have to say these are the gold standard by which I judge all others.

Quality wax melts and great customer service

Love the wax melts and have been using them for several years. A large range of fragrances, which allows me to easily change the ‘mood’ of a room. Working my way through the ‘Winter Collection’ at present.

Love the wax melts, great choice of very long lasting fragrances and so easy to order. Previously purchased from craft fairs but have now signed up to a monthly delivery of 10 melts. The winter collection is quite evocative with traditional Christmas fragrances creating a cosy, warming atmosphere in our home throughout the festive season. Am looking forward to switching to the new monthly delivery of seasonal inspired melts for the coming months. Have contacted the company over the phone on a couple of occasions and have found their customer service to be excellent. Both time have been queries regarding my account, very quickly resolved. Although the packaging does seem comparatively large it can all be reused or recycled and does mean my melts arrive in perfect condition. Would highly recommend and looking forward to ordering gift sets for family and friends throughout the year.

I first found Freckleface wax melts in wholefoods groceries and have since been ordering online. The melts are of a much much higher quality than any other I’ve tried and have a subtle but beautiful fragrance which lasts forever and fills the house. My particular favourites are the coffee and the rose melts. For a while I subscribed to the £35 per month offer but didn’t want to spend as much monthly so I’m really pleased there is now a cheaper option for a monthly delivery. Can’t wait to receive the next batch to make our new house smell lovely!
