Has anyone had any contact with Frecycle - Richard Chapple recently? Is the company still going or have they done a runner? Is there a way to contact them through the EIS people?

Unlike others here - my naivety kept me going until the truth finally dawned - SCAMMED ! three separate purchases - shares, then a convertible loan note - then more shares with an impending takeover... See more

Only replying to Mark Watson’s wild review of Frecycle Ltd. He mentions Allen & Atherton, a Joe Marks…a massive scam etc… Very surprised Trust Pilot even allowed posting that review. Was it a revi... See more

Frecycle offers an app-based service that collects recyclables and waste material directly from the consumer. Using our app, people call Frecycle riders to collect their waste and our riders then sort their waste to ensure it is recycled properly. Customers receive a summary of their waste and are rewarded for their recycling with tokens. These tokens can be redeemed for eco-friendly products on our marketplace which are delivered back to them via our riders. They can also redeem these points with our partners like Amazon and Apple as e-vouchers.

It seems too bizzare

It seems too bizzare. Yes Frecycle seems to be a fraud, but if that is the case then why did I get a phone call on 9th Jan from a former person at Alen and Atherton informing me of a takeover on 14th Jan? It is bizzare, I mean why bother to contact me at all?

Ghost company

I don’t think the company exists. Website is off.. no accounts submitted.. no word from directors.. I think going to lawyers and police is the right thing to do if o e is an investor.

david harrold makes a point but still no word from Frecycle

Partly reassuring that david harrold says no one from Frecycle appear to be involved, yet NO WORD from the company directors to the Companies INVESTORS!!!
Frecycle are getting tarnished with this mud that sticks they need to come out and explain to their own investors now please? As an investor, I am waiting for this to happen...
Until they explain to investors we will continue to fear the worst and work with the authorities.

Frecycle and the director Mr.Richard…

Frecycle Ltd and the director Mr.Richard Chapple are almost certainly a scam outfit and also the brokers involved Allen and Atherton who appear to be no longer trading. Neither company take telephone calls or reply to emails and both should best be avoided.

Only replying to Mark Watson’s wild…

Only replying to Mark Watson’s wild review of Frecycle Ltd. He mentions Allen & Atherton, a Joe Marks…a massive scam etc…
Very surprised Trust Pilot even allowed posting that review. Was it a review of Allen & Atherton, and a dodgy individual..that I believe ARE in focus of Operation Cassidy?
Or a genuine review of Frecycle Ltd. 100,000 of thousands stolen. By who? Ruined lives, anyone specific?

Final point based on FACT ( missing from Mark Watson’s review) No director or shareholder of Frecycle Ltd has been arrested or cautioned by the City of London Police investigation. Also no premises searched.
