I ordered 10 New Zealand silver fern ties for my brother in laws funeral as we wanted to include aspects of his country of birth in the service. The ties exceeded our expectations. Fabulous quality and design and beautifully packaged. Everyone commented on how lovely and well made they were. Thank you . I will definitely recommend this company
Not really happy with my order, the color was supposed to be ocean green or blue, but the color is more grey blue or green, very fade compared to the pictures. Beside, it's says on the ebay description that its linen, but when you received the tie, it's written 100% cotton.
Frederick Thomas literally the worst ties I have seen there not even ties there skinny piles of cheap crap any company that makes ties under 8.5cm wide should not be in business and yes i have bought several of your ties so don't come to my review saying i haven't bought anything your ties are trash

I'm not sure why all the bad reviews. I found customer service very helpful and the tie arrived well packaged and lovely quality.
I purchased a pair of cufflinks from Frederick Thomas that was never delivered to my address. I told them, they refused to believe me and declined my demand for a refund, even after several letters. They sum was small, the principle is important. I will not trust them again.
Edit to comment on Frederick Thomas’ response. The company claims to have evidence that proves the cufflinks have been delivered and then proceed to try to blame my family for somehow having misplaced them. What utter nonsense, and what a blatant display of arrogance and lack of respect for their customer. I have not been shown any such “evidence”, nor do I believe it exists, nor have we ever “discussed” this supposed “evidence”.
Indeed, we have not discussed anything; my attempts to address the issue has consistently been met with dismissal. It is not for me to speculate about what happened. All I know is that I paid and it wasn’t delivered.
It is also not for Frederick Thomas to speculate about what may or may not have happened to the parcel after it supposedly left their building. Find the facts, provide photographic evidence, or refund the princely sum of £7.99.

Thank you for your review and we are very saddened to read your comments. As we discussed at length, Royal Mail provided clear proof of delivery and we are therefore confident that they were delivered as per your address on the order. We have suggested you check with your household as we are sure they will turn up and have simply been moved by one of your household. As you are aware, you purchased through eBay who have also found the same results and therefore did not agree to the refund.
I cannot praise Frederick Thomas enough, the service and attention I've received has been outstanding.

I bought some ties for work for Frederick Thomas, and have since bought from them 3 or 4 more times. They are just as nice as my ties from Marks & Spencer and less than half the price. A complete no brainer and I highly recommend!!!
