Booking was ok but it was not an unusual experience. I can describe it at an ordinary doing. The price were ok but sometimes not understandable high prices for a few days.

I checked in online and printed my boarding pass. I went through airport security and passport control with the boarding pass but I was denied boarding because I should have visited the checkin counter? On top of that, the staff who denied boarding were extremely rude. One of them even got physical and literally pushed me away. Awful awful experience.

Passangers who want to online check-in have to pay for the seat selection! Online Check-in system gives no seat automatically...

I had a very nice experience with the customer service. They were very easy to reach and extremely helpful. When our return flight was cancelled, it was quick and simple to make the necessary changes. They responded promptly via their Whatsapp line, which made the whole process even smoother.

Cost for baggage 20 kg are too high - 80€, you use the system of Sunexpress, and by Sunexpress it is only 40€ return !

Newcastle to Dalaman airport, arrived over 3 hrs late but have said it is down to bird strike on previous flight, we still await a subsequent report to confirm this actually happened. Pilot said it was due to technical difficulties? Very cramped seating, if you're over 6ft tall suggest booking extra leg room. We still await actual bird strike report detailing occurrence details.

The plane was far too hot and the staff wouldn’t do anything about it. The prices of the food and drinks on board is absolutely ridiculous! If we flew with TUI as we were supposed to we would have got deals on the drinks and snacks and not had to pay as much for single items. If you’re going to operate for TUI please consider using the actual TUI menu. Seats were the most uncomfortable seats I’ve ever sat in on an airline. I had a faulty chair that would not sit up right and was permanently reclined. Already absolutely dreading our flight home with them on Friday because if it’s anything like coming here it will be another horrendous flight. Staff only did one round of drinks and snacks on a 4 hour 30 minute flight then just hid behind a curtain and you didn’t see them again until it was time to land.

We flew as a family, the plane has a small seating area. At the airport when we landed in Turkey, they broke the axle of our baby carriage, we sent pictures to the company. First, they said to send the invoice from the repair in the authorized service center, even if the repair is not possible. There is no service in our country, nor in Turkey for carriage. And if they know we're on vacation. They had no feelings for a 9-month-old baby and a very strenuous 1-hour long search for a baby carriage at the airport, which ended up being broken. We also informed the company that we threw away the carriage. They did not refund us, nor did they contact us again. So this is the worst airline to fly, you lose things and most importantly for the safety of children.! BE CAREFUL!!!
